Dear fellow survivors,
This started happening after unsuccessfully trying to install the New York map. I must have f'ed something up in Windows. I'm a noob by the way.
Therefore I wiped my PC and installed Windows again, hoping it would help.
Unfortunately it didn't.
Once in the game and I try to look at my quests by clicking on the respective symbol, a drop down window opens with multiple red lines (sometimes white ones) just scrolling through at a high pace. I am not able to close it by clicking on "close". I have to go through the task manager to close the entire application.
This also happens when accepting - or trying to accept - Rekt's first quest.
The same drop down window appears while loading the game too. But then the close-button works.
This happens only in offline-games. I have not had to experience this while playing with my buddy. But it is always him hosting the server. I am quite certain if I was to be the one inviting him to join a game of mine, it would not work either.
Has anybody had to experience this as well? Any help would be much appreciated. If you need more information please ask.

I am working on visualising Australian bushfire data as a part of academic coursework and have been considering a less technical, more cultural representation of the data.
Would a depiction of the Australian map with a palette inspired by the Aboriginal ochre art, with dotwork for borders and regions (choosing neutral/commonly used symbols, based on information available online/ at the library) be an appropriation? In the accompanying write-up, I intend to focus on the damage to indigenous art sites as a result of the bushfires in recent times.
The work is internal and will not be published or sold. I do not mean to be disrespectful and never intend to trivialise the symbolism, and spirituality of the art. I am working against rather strict timelines and I will not be able to work with Aboriginal artists, but would have to go with online resources on the art and its symbolism.

Hey! I just bought "fish sauce" (anchovy essence/extract, because better sauce would be too expensive here), and i just wanted to ask. Is it normal for it to smell like absolute garbage?  | Despite my partner having to wake up at 6:30 to go to work, I just wasn’t trying to be at my closest target by five or earlier. Headed out of my house at about 7 AM, tried the first target in Glendale and they were sold out. Came up the road to the small target on S. Colorado Blvd. As of 7:27 AM MST this store has at least 10 copies.
