2024.11.29 14:39 Natural_Parsnip_5291 Important info needed before buying?

I've been interested in this even before the 1896 version, kinda think the premium edition sounds like an absolute steal (PS5 Black Friday) so I'm kinda curious on some things.
What happens if you lose all your hunters? I'm assuming that's a possibility, I for one do not suck at games like this, but I'd just like to cover all bases more or less, so I'm concerned what happens if anything when all your hunters are dead, do you have to do some kind of hard reset, or is there some form.of playeaccount progression that's always kept so that you can basically get the absolute lowest form of gear at any time to keep going in with?
Also what are Blood Bonds spent on? I'm assuming it'll be battle pass related like the other gazillion games these days, but is there any p2w type of mechanics? I'd very much rather avoid that if possible, could I also buy say the Ghostface hunter with them instead of buying the actual DLC like how DBD let's you buy killers with just the ingame currency?
How is it for solo players? I have little patience in dealing with uncoordinated randoms that speak once every thanksgiving, I've always been fairly decent at team crushing while playing solo such as Warzone/DMZ and PUBG, but I'd always like to assume every game is different and would like to hear from experienced solo players on how tough/easy it is for them to "win" the game essentially.

i started day 6 on steroids for the swelling since he said i was too swollen on day 6. then yesterday i started bleeding a little. i also still don’t see what they did for the clitoral hood reduction. i notice some bruising going gown but why is there more fresh blood ? and does everything look normal ? overthinking

2024.11.29 14:39 D3xmond G-Tube Extreme Pain

Hello all, for context i am a 21 year old AFAB with a 5 week old PEG Tube. I went to the ER a couple days ago and got scans done. CT was clear, as well as X-Rays where they pushed dye through my tube to make sure none was ending up outside of the stomach was clear too. No redness, swelling, fever, granulation tissue, or other signs of infection. Blood work came back perfect. The only thing that’s different is extreme pain and decreased drainage. Could this be an extremely early sign of Buried Bumper Syndrome? I called my doctor at the PEG clinic i go to, as well as left a message with my surgeon to see if she could do anything.
I’m really at a loss as to what to do. I take Tylenol Q4H and Ibuprofen Q4H staggered. As well as Robaxin Q8H. The ER provider sent a few morphine tabs to my pharmacy but unfortunately i’ve always been resistant to opiate medications so i doubt it’ll help. I’ve been trying to use CBD to help the pain and it doesn’t do much.
The pain ranges from a 2-3/10 all the way to a 7-8/10. It’s hard to take care of myself, god forbid going to work or getting out of the house. I need my partner to help me with everything.
I would hate to be admitted to the hospital again but i can’t control the pain and can’t take care of myself. Any providers here that have experience with PEG/ Feeding tubes?

So my ex and I ended on civil terms back in August. Went NC for a while but somehow found our way to talking/ seeing each other infrequently (don’t give me shit we’ve all been there lol). We were still both aware that it won’t work between us, so we collectively agreed that what we were doing was temporary but still enjoyed our little dream bubble.
As the tale goes, we have decided that what we are doing is just going backwards and just preventing the future living in the past. He’s found someone he’s relatively interested in and wants to work on being emotionally available to maybe give this girl a shot. He’s not too “into her” because I still take up all the real-estate in his head, and knows that it won’t be fair to ANY girl he meets in the future even if he ends up not liking that specific one.
We spent the night in each others arms, reminiscing on our happy times, talked about what went wrong and where. It was a pretty healthy conversation but as you can imagine, sad. I did it to myself though and I don’t have any regrets.
Im happy for him. I think this girl will be a good match for him, I’ve actually said this prior to knowing that they’re speaking. It just stings a bit knowing this could be something real instead of a fling— nonetheless with someone I’ve met.
Despite knowing that I am also ready to move on, letting go of this attachment is challenging. I’m proud of myself and proud of him for knowing we love each other while still respecting that we both should find better matches rather than forcing our puzzle pieces to fit. It takes strength to walk away from that sort of love and comfortability.
Although I know I’m still in the forefront of his mind, knowing there’s a very real possibility of someone else, someone better for him than me, hurts. Imagining him with someone else hurts. I know NC again is the right and only choice, but it’s hard to admit that this NC will likely be forever, and not just a phase. I wish him the best always. Just wish it was us.
Any similar stories out there? Any advice for coping?
TLDR; 25 F & M, trying to find peace in knowing love wasn’t enough and choosing to leave each other in the past for a hopeful and better future with more compatible parties.
