I had needed to go to the washroom really bad. We are busy (of course with holiday season) so I get not taking long regardless. But I told my manager, she said to keep cashing people out and to just go on my break. My break was roughly 10-15 minutes away. I needed to go. Urgently. I don't even realize I'm holding my pee because I've been so conditioned to not stop but my coworkers always tend to wander off leaving just 2 cashiers at times. Days later, I have a bad UTI. I should've gone to the doctors earlier but normally they went away on their own. Can I call off for the week? 🥲 It's super painful.

Hi everyone, I'm new here and new to candle making. I've made a few candles with natural bees wax and coconut oil (3:1). I poured the wax blend into 125mL mason jars and used a wooden wick. The thing I'm struggling with is that when it's lit, the candle is not burning the full diameter of the jar (a bit over 2 inches). Is there something I can do to ensure the wick will burn the full area of the jar? Any and all tips are welcome :) thank you!
