I want to start this by saying I don't think this is the likeliest suspect but I had the idea: if the ghoul is one of Markus' friends, it's Harry.
Harry is capable of being discreet, during the pub episode he's the one that tried to get Grimal and Markus to stop shouting about vampires in public. A ghoul would (probably) not be so careless as to yell about them in public, or let someone else do so.
He also seems to be held in a higher position of trust than Grimal or Elise in the Arcanum as whatever he was delivering for them, if he thought he could hear it screaming, it's probably dangerous and you wouldnt give something dangerous to just any courier. This could be him trying to worm his way up the ranks to get useful information. Grimal and Elise both have rough edges to them that might make them grating to a superior, which we do see a little with the meeting between Occam, Grimal, and Elise; Occam is very clearly annoyed about Grimal's expenses and Elise isn't taking the situation seriously.
On multiple occasions he has displayed a sense of diplomacy, he tried to get Brok to back off peaceably and with less hostility than the rest of his friends and all throughout episode four he's trying to keep everyone level-headed. He could just be a good natured person but as a ghoul it would be in his interest to keep everyone calm and not wildly speculating who the ghoul is.
We don't know why Harry is in the Arcanum, Grimal wants to find the Kuei-jin and Elise wants to find fairies and studies curses while Harry just seems to be interested in lifting weights. He doesn't have an overarching goal that we're aware of, something he wants to get out of being in the Arcanum outside of continuing to be in it.
Out of universe he has the least going on of any of Markus' friends, he also has the fewest connections to anyone in the family: Grimal and Kitten dated and Kitten references Elise in the newest Audio-log; Big D lets Elise style his hair and the fact Elise was willing to would indicate they have some amount of rapport built-up already. I don't recall Harry interacting with a family member other than Markus.
There's emphasis on Markus seeing someone he cares about being a ghoul and how that'll affect him specifically and I think that's another reason it could be Harry. Harry is Markus' kindest friend and seeing his kindest friend side with vampires, whom Markus has been raised to believe are only evil, would hurt him the most. Harry's attempt to get Markus to try and lift weights could have been an attekpt to isolate Markus, store him somewhere so he wouldn't have to see whatever Harry would have to do to keep his secret.
Harry's motive for being the ghoul could be related to the packages he's delivering, he mentions the rumors about the Arcanum engaging in human trafficking and claims no involvement, but what if he was? What if helping the Arcanum's human trafficking operation made him think they're no better than vampires, or that anything they've told him about vampires was a lie. It could have disillusioned him.
The biggest flaw in this would have to be Occam being choked out, Harry was with Markus the whole time so for him to be the ghoul someone else had to do it. I don't really have an idea for this other than someone else's idea I saw that Big D choked Occam because he knows who the ghoul is and wants to deal with the situation his way, not Occam's.

Hey everyone! Finally getting married in May and we have a bit of a trip planned for our honeymoon. We both want to travel, and we were wondering if this is feaisable. I understand it is a lot of travel but we are planning on packing light, and just enjoying the experience. We want to start in London, spend a few days there, and then head to Paris and do the same. After Paris we want to try and rent a car and head to Zurich, doing whatever we can along the way. Then end with a couple days of relaxing at Lake Como. I understand it is a lot of travel, but we do not mind the rush, if anyone has any suggestions or alterations I would be happy to hear it! We can add another day or two if needed
Also, is the rental car situation similar to the US, would we be able to rent in France and drop off in Italy?

I have studied CS and graphic design, hoping I will work as designer in tech firms so I can afford plastic surgeries and be normal. I was hoping that I wont have to deal with public while working so my face wouldnt be an issue, yet I was wrong. Those jobs are too publc facing, and I struggle to find any company who are fine with how my face looks. When I asked if which alternative paths I can follow (like freelancing maybe), people said "As long as your looks is within normal range, it shouldnt be a problem." Well, my looks is not within normal range, but people didnt belive that before I send them my face.
