 | I’m on day 38 and have realized i have SIBO about a week ago. I chose vegan and gluten free for my diet. Vegan / GF is not helping my SIBO. I started 75 hard to help me beat the horrible bloat I’ve been having- only to learn the diet I chose for 75 hard is exasperating the root of the Bloat (SIBO- Almost surely it’s sibo … still do need to do test but tummy only been worse since doing 75 hard.) I'm supervising my first (SLP) student soon so I'm trying to get things prepared. The student requested to come in prior to the practicum for a toumeet, but has been inconsistently responsive (taking up to 9 days) to emails since October. This has made me realize we may have VERY different ideas on what we consider a professional time frame for responding to communications. I want to set clear expectations and boundaries on day one.
I'm going to tell her we are to follow the turnaround time on emails my director expects, which is 24 (excluding time off and weekends and stuff). I'm also thinking of explaining I'm available from the start of my work day to an hour or so after, and any communication after that may not be responded to until the next day.
What are some boundaries and expectations you go over with your students? How do you structure your communication outside of the practicum? So on days the student isn't there or before/after the work day starts. Are you available at all times or do you give them hours you're available? .

Been living in our house for 4.5 years. It’s over 100 years old. TV turns itself on and off, both floors without remote or either of us in the room. It changes channels, raises volume extremely high.
I’ve witnessed/been directly harassed by negative entities/energies/spirits for many years now. My husband has only experienced the tv issue.
I didn’t tell him about the harrassment until it turned physical. Been a hardcore atheist my entire life and refused to believe what was happening even while experiencing it.
Got Catholic priest to cast out any/all “demons” from every room in the house, then go back and bless each room with holy water.
What a surprise. Didn’t f*cking work.
We’re moving in few days (the mess can be seen in photo). Was watching tv with my husband and two dogs last night. So sick of seeing parade of apparitions float down entryway, grabbed my iPhone and took a bunch of pics.
That thing hanging out on the steps to basement in the bottom left corner looks like f*cking Nosferatu.

 | Editable text before converting to mesh Right after converting to mesh Even with Clean up with Limited Dissolve, some objects remain broken I stumbled on this problem when converting SVG graphic (so curves) in Blender and at first I though it's a SVG problem, but no. Blender simply can't make a nice a mesh even from things made inside Blender, like text for example. You type your text, extrude, and convert to mesh and end up with number of ngons and now it's almost impossible to work make a bevel or anything else. Also it's broken inside and give strange reflections when not in Edit mode. Is there any better way to convert to mesh in Blender? Hey guys! So after red light and NMT, the elephant skin and rashes on my legs are like 90% gone, however, now I have pretty bad patches where the old skin shed off and I have new pale skin which is obviously a very different color from my original tanned skin. Does anyone know how long this takes to even out? I tried dry brushing the tan away and it’s stuck on lol

Hey all,
I've been a die hard fan of my 2018 iPad Pro (mostly used for YouTube, note taking on OneNote, playing games like civ 6 and Divinity Original Sins 2 and numerous boardgames) for quite some time now.
Although the device still works great, it's slightly showing its age (battery life, performance for more recent, intensive apps/games).
So I was wondering what the upgrade experience would be like if I bought a new M2 iPad Pro (I feel like M4 will be too expensive and overkill).
Has anybody done a similar upgrade? Are there noticeable performance / UX gains?
Just curious what others' experience was like upgrading from the 2018 iPad Pro :)
