2024.11.29 14:40 CityOld3310 AIO partner didn’t respect my wishes
My partner had a box of codeine here which has been in the medicine cabinet for months and she has taken probably 6 in total in that time. She has mentioned that she did feel quite addicted to them at one point but this was a long time ago before we met.
She asked me to get her 2 pills from the box because her hip was hurting and I told her to try paracetamol first because I’m wary of how addictive codeine can be but she refused. I told her she can have 2 but I’m hiding the box and she’s not having anymore unless it’s something serious and she agreed.
The next day she had left early and was away for a few days with work and when I went to move the box of codeine, I noticed she had taken a strip of them out of the box. She arrived back home today from work and I checked her bag and found the strip of codeine and she hadn’t opened them or used any, but I feel disrespected that she took the strip with her after out conversation and was willing to potentially take them after I made my feelings clear on the situation. Am I overreacting and how should I handle this?

Ok so I'm in o3 and I'm really confused. It's almost December and I have not taken any o level sociology class ever and I'm contemplating on whether I should appear for it in may/June 25. Not any institutes are offering recordings or classes which means I would have to solely learn through YouTube and self study. I don't know whether I should appear for it or not. Nixor and cedar offer a low scholarship on 5 subjects that's why I am really confused abt what to do.

I feel like I’m going crazy here, I don’t know where I could find this information. I’d love to know of I need to buy better cables before I start building my set up. The package doesn’t say anything, neither does the site I ordered the monitors from. They’re both QHD 27 inches 165 hz so I’d hope they come with a cable that can handle that but is there a way to know before I connect them?
