Kelleher over Allison. He's won my vote, not that Allison did anything but I'd rather Kelleher start and stay than Allison starting forcing him to leave. From what I've seen. He's that good. 2024.11.29 14:30 Cause-Loose Questionamento sobre a validade do "Contrato de Namoro" e questões sobre União Estável

Eu (H27) e ele (H22) estamos namorando há quase 2 anos e morando juntos na casa da minha mãe há quase 1 ano juntos. Além de nós, moram a minha mãe e outra estudante pra quem ela aluga um quarto.
O motivo de decidirmos morar juntos é porque ele não iria conseguir se sustentar onde ele estava morando e teria que voltar pra cidade natal dele (longe). Aí veio a ideia de ele vir morar com a gente, mesmo eu tendo ciência de que isso pudesse acarretar em conflitos (inerente à convivência diária e um conhecer o outro mais intimamente). Mas pra não terminarmos, decidimos por isso.
Imagino/sei que isso já configure União Estável e nossa convivência não tem sido das melhores nos últimos tempos.
Gostaria de saber se tem algum amparo legal pra um eventual término. Ouço falar bastante de "Contrato de namoro", mas até hoje não consegui entender se ele tem validade legal ou não. Precisa ser TODO um contato? Ou poderia ser apenas uma declaração (a punho, talvez?) dos dois dizendo "Em caso de eventual configuração de união estável, declaramos que o Regimento do Bens seja de Separação Total". Registrar em cartório talvez?
Não queria nada muito elaborado, queria algo simples até. Mas se precisar ser elaborado, que assim seja e vou atrás. Obrigado!

I am a 17 year old senior in America who’s been planning to go abroad these past few months applying directly to university. For context I want to go into environmental science and ecology based fields.
My biggest concerns:

Don’t go into debt. (Impossible feat here; + environmental science studies in America are going to leave me homeless with minimal job prospects in all honesty)
Get out of this country. (Community college is plan Z. I have no interest in transferring to an American 4 year college after the fact, and I want to get out of dodge.)

Germany was my biggest contender but uni assist and the target universities won’t clarify if me not taking AP calc will or won’t get me in or not which is quite stressful and is leading me to a. back up plan. I have all the other qualifications and SAT scores/external math classes but that aspect does not fully match.
Now I need a back up plan. I looked in a lot of places but I want to make sure i’m not bypassing anything. If Germany doesn’t work out does anyone know any other contenders? I just wish for somewhere moderately priced that isn’t ultra-conservative. I’ve looked but I need a little outside advice.

I need some guidance with this one.
I had a good progress with Manifestation and self concept as someone who didn't know anything about the law till late July. It improved my life and my mental health and general confidence. I am proud of my journey but lately I have been feeling very low and limiting beliefs come up more than normal.
I do feel it has to do with me feeling unfulfilled in my personal life itself as currently I am looking for job and have exam season looming over me.
I do flip my thoughts and try to live in the end. But lately I am getting distracted often.
My main intention is to Get a Job and be in relationship with my sp.. I saw movement for both in last two months, I have an interview scheduled for December as well.
But my limiting beliefs have increased a lot lately in November, my posts and coming here to check and read activity also increased because I panic a lot these days.
I have journalled a lot these weeks from what I can understand is that, 1. With Job, I feel I can crack interview but I always see Myself reaching the end and being rejected. Somehow in these beliefs i am satisfied because atleast I reached the hr. I consider this as a stepping stone necessary.

With sp, my dominant belief is that he is in love with me, he is attracted to me, maybe chases me and is always curious about me. Like I always visualize him seeing me somewhere and checking me out and giving me the signals but it's difficult to manifest him being in love with me and showing that to me and us being together happily. I do know that there is a 3p, I managed to forget about her completely up until a month ago but now for some reason it's difficult for me to get rid of her internally

I still feel proud of myself because when I started I had a terrible self concept but now I feel these two are limiting beliefs in sheep's clothing. They don't look so sad but they're not my dominant ones and I'm unable to crack or understand what should I do. Can anyone help me with this please?

1) A new fictional racetrack in the capital of Nigeria, in an island near the new real estate project of Eko Atlantic city. This layout is probably one of the most challenging I designed: 27 corners, long straights, plenty of overtaking spots. Three different series of corners that present all sort of snares: T8 to T12, where carrying enough speed without going wide can catch even the most experience driver by surprise; then the exciting series inspired by the COTA from Turn 15 leading into T21; and finally the double-apex high-speed corner that leads to a challenging braking zone at T25. But the most iconic feature will surely be Turn 22, inspired by the old AVUS circuit: a nearly 180° hairpin, with a maximum banking of 28°, that will be extremely interesting to see approached by Formula 1 cars and modern prototypes.

2)This is a fictional 5.6km track located in the Capital of Togo, Lomè. The first sector, built into a small woodland, is a long ultra-fast section up to Turn 6 with two huge humps that make T4 and T6 blind downhill high-speed corners and the braking zone at T7 critical and tricky. Turn 1-2 are slightly downhill, inspired by the first corners of the Sepang circuit. Lap times, though, will be made in the rest of the circuit: 18 corners of all combinations, from tight banked hairpins to fast bends, including double-apex turns and long sweeping curves. Finding and keeping the rhythm through it is very difficult and requires optimal car balance.

I was on Facebook trying to fall back asleep, so naturally, I was watching science reels. I was disheartened to see so many comments calling Tesla crazy for hearing voices through a device he created. I have no idea what this device sounded like, but I immediately knew what was happening and decided to comment. Also, this comment highlights my experience, it may occur differently for you. I've added more to the comment I made or rather expanded the explanation.

Oh, I know this sound. It happens when there’s significant background noise so scattered that the brain can’t make sense of it. For me, it plays music. 😂 The first time I noticed it, I thought, "Who the hell is playing Johnny Cash on repeat?" Then I turned off the AC and fan, and it stopped. Since then, I’ve only heard music I enjoy. It doesn't occur all of the time. Usually only after a day of extreme cognitive processing during an intense study of material (I have to stress that this is not homework study. I have never studied to memorize. I study to learn) such as behavioral analysis or mathematical coding.
This happens in environments with a constant hum in environments that are otherwise absolutely silent. If the hum disappears, so does the music. It’s called auditory pareidolia—when your brain interprets random noise as structured sounds, like music or voices. For me, it’s always music I like, and it only occurs when I overwork myself. I've since learned to control what is played by thinking about the song I want to be heard. It's akin to reversing an animation by thinking about it. E.g. that illusion GIF of a train that looks like it's either traveling backwards or forwards depending on how you think on it.
Those with a strong tendency to rely on cognitive processing with a vivid imagination and a strong ability of true pattern recognition are more likely to experience this than opposed to someone who isn't adept. People who haven’t experienced it or lack interest in understanding how the brain works very strongly dismiss it as a mental illness, but it’s a perfectly natural phenomenon. I've studied human cognition for over a decade. I almost want to say my entire life but those were simply observations.
In fact the presence of this illusion can serve as a helpful indicator to rest your mind and sleep. This phenomenon is most common in those with overstimulated brains, which makes Tesla an ideal candidate to hear such things. Understanding it is crucial because, without comprehension, fixating on it can indeed drive someone mad. In some cases, the ignorance of this phenomenon could even contribute to the development of mental illness from internal and external dialogues.

She didn’t reply or read for ages and i freaked out and deleted it (stupid of me, i know). After school, she had opened it snd messaged me saying “omg I’m so sorry I didn’t see your message until now”. I said its alright and simply said the message took too long to send so i deleted it, and what I was gonna say was that I think she has really good taste in music. She said thanks and asked for my airbuds! I then brought up glee (a show I know she LOVES - I started watching it before I started liking her) and we talked about the madonna covers and how much we love them (we have the same fave cover song - 4 minutes!) I’m basically writing this to see if maybe she is interested or if shes just being friendly. I have other girl friends and classmates who like my stories and notes, I also snap them pretty often, and sometimes we talk. But those girls are all either straight, in relationships, or girls Ive been friends with for YEARS and have always liked my stories. The girl I like didnt do any of that until recently. Shes also HELLA shy and, thanks to asking my friend, she realistically wouldnt make the first move or anything.
