2.5 months after diagnosis of scroiliitis(no MRI done). Got injection on Monday. No improvement. What kills me is if I sleep on my side, the pressure immediately pick up in my butt and thigh, I feel the tingling. If I sleep on my back, my tailbone feels odd and my upper back hurts. My mattress is not hard or soft. Doctor keeps saying it's my mattress. I can only get 2 to 4 hours sleep everyday. Last night I took a musel relaxer still feel the tingling while asleep but too tired to care. I'm desperate.

I didn't put a case in the build because, boo who cares. But the fact is that everything should work very well but I would like to move from what I have, a 1070, an i7 as old as Pope Francesco and some shady RAM to some nice chunky components (the prebuild pc is really old I know but it's doing tantrums only now so I'd say it's time to move on to a better life). I would also like to tell you that I actually play games that are not too heavy, with the PC I have I can easily reach over 160 fps (useless I know) at medium-high quality, but if I switch to new games like Warhammer the game gets harder, loading infinite and low graphics with maybe 60fps. So for the games I play now this would be enough for me, warframe, lol, monster hunter, genshin, wuwa (I know these are bad game names but I swear I also play good games) but above all I would like to have a run of baldur's gate without frame drops and pixels on the screen when I go to town in act three. So tell me if this could be good or if in your opinion I can lower it or change it for my needs. I thank you already for your help and I almost forgot, everything is approximately 2300 euros 100 plus 100 less. <3
