Scammer seller or just confusion?

Here's the thing. I placed an order on November 26. On November 27 my order was marked as delivered in LA (my shipping address is in NY). I contacted customer service and the agent told me that the seller used fake USPS tracking number and escalated my complain. Today I received a reply from Aliexpress stating that my order is shipped and I will receive updates soon blah blah. I went and checked order status again. Now the order appears partially shipped. Package 1 is delivered in LA with the fake tracking number. Package 2 is being processed for shipping. I ordered a single item. What's going on here? I filled for refund with photo evidence but not sure what's going on. Any clues? Thank you

 | Hello everyone. I want to share my crt tv set. I'll tell you right away that I'm from Europe, so all models with rgb scart. I have already posted two of them here, and the last one, and the most interesting one in my opinion, I built from two and a half tvs. I would call it the sony trinitron KV S2911D because in body, tube and chassis, it is almost identical to it, but it is actually a combination of the body and tube from the KV S29CX1(M68KUZ10X) and the chassis from the KV S3411K. Both tube and chassis are great, I would call it the little brother of the pvm 2950q/qm, which is even better at certain points. Actually I have not seen 2950 in person, but the best speakers (two-way 2x35w), modification G1, upgrade G2, give very positive emotions. Clarity, geometry, alignment (thanks to a separate chip for adjustment via the service menu) are excellent. Once again I would like to thank the "Teles de Tubo" community for their advice and tips. J'aimerais changer de couple clavier souris. Actuellement j'ai du dell sans fil. L'idée pour moi est d'avoir un bon couple. Je me sers du pc principalement pour jouer. Je fais des FPS mais non compétitifs, des JDR, etc... Je cherche un clavier incluant un pavé numérique. Niveau souris, j'ai de grosses mains 😁
Pas besoin de led, c'est pas forcément mon truc, mais c'est pas rédhibitoire. J'aimerais une possibilité de connecter le tout en bluetooth à mon ordi portable de travail.
Avez-vous des bonnes affaires à me conseiller ?

I dont know who needs to hear this but here goes.
When I was younger I fell for the narrative that looks dont matter. People should only care about resume, skills, and personality right? Well I quickly realized that it wasn't really going anywhere.
About 3 years ago I decided to really try to make a change. I started working out, eating right, went to a barber and asked him for a stylish cut, and actually wore well fitting and flattering clothes.
Almost immediately my life changed. I had better relationships at work and in my personal life. Higher ups in my company started noticing my work more. I met the woman im dating at the gym.
I know it may sound shallow but I think its honestly dumb to not think this way. You are going to live your entire life more miserable and sad because you think its more morally correct?

Hello,
Asking for a friend as I'm a bit out of the loop. He's running a 7-8 year old 750W Dark Power Pro and is looking to get a 4070TI.
Looking at the cable prices for the 12VHPWR cable ($80+ from CableMod), and for future proof, we're thinking of just getting a new PSU.
Looking at the tierlist on Cultists, they don't seem to list any/many 3.1 ATX PSUs - why?
From cursory reading, it seems it's mixed messaging, the ATX 3.0 has a higher quality bar to be certified as 3.0 and 3.1 is worse? But 3.1 comes with the new "16 pin 2x6 connector" - so I'm guesing more future proof?
CPU that will be currently paired with it is a 7800X3D
Obviously safety is #1 - don't want the connector melting/burning down his house overnight.
Am In Canada - can someone suggest a handful of top PSUs to get that won't break the bank and will be somewhat future proof? It's BlackFriday in Canada too, so ideally want to pick up something today or on CyberMonday!
