Hi guys,
I made the mistake of buying a Logitech Embody from the HM outlet two weeks before the thing went on sale on the official store, so no warranty for me, and knowing my luck (and clumsiness) I put too much weight on the left arm and pushed it below normal operating height... which means I need to take the whole arm off to reset the mechanism.
I've watched endless Youtube videos, read documentation, bought a mini ratchet set, but I cannot get at the bottom torx screw with the adjustment arm attached. The only instructions I could find around the adjustment arm seemed to be for recycling (and not reattachment), and I'd rather not break a 3 month old chair.
I can just about get the torx bit (without the ratchet) into place, but the other screw was torqued into place pretty hard, so using a set of needlenose pliars + the bit isn't working for me.
Is there a safe way to remove the seat angle adjustment arm on the left so I can get at the screw? (I noticed all the videos use the right arm, which has a little bit more room to maneuver behind)

Is this a fair quote for replacing Alternator for a 07 Camry?
Hi, my 2007 2.4L camry broke down recently and I had to tow it to the nearest AAA car center because most other places were too busy because of the holiday. The road assistance guy mentioned that it should be a fairly easy job for a camry and shouldn’t come up that high. However, I was quoted 1050 to change the alternator, serp belt and the battery. They later called and slashed it down to 950 saying they found a different alternator(REMAN) - I don’t want to spend this high on a pretty old car with 170k miles.
I looked up the part online and it looks like they are charging quite a bit for the alternator. I need to either tow it back to my place or a different auto shop by today if I don’t want it fixed there. But all other shops I was thinking of getting another quote seems to be closed for thanksgiving. Any recommendations?

Sometimes after my alarm or after a phone call where I have the option to say "stop" to stop the alarm or "answer" to answer a phone call. I get the whole "say answer" or "stop" popup constantly afterwards to the point to where to have to restart my phone to get it to stop coming back.

It’s been two years since he blocked me out of his life unexpectedly. The first year I was doing okay, I kept myself busy though, there were times I did dream about him but this year it has been so frequent and I miss them more than I did last year. Idk if it’s because my life this year has been really rough and unconsciously seeking for support from them but it’s freaking sad at this point. I currently have an active NY state driver’s license. I hadn’t been driving for Uber for about a year, but last week, I updated my documents to start again. Unfortunately, my background check came back as “consider.” When I contacted Uber, they advised me to reach out to Checkr and file a dispute. However, when I contacted Checkr, they rejected the document I provided and gave me the following response: “Thanks for contacting us about your report. Records displayed on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) come directly from the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Paying off fines and tickets, reinstating your insurance, or otherwise satisfying a court and/or state Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) penalty does not always result in the removal of the associated record from your MVR. As long as the record remains on your DMV record, it will be included on your MVR and may be taken into consideration by the company you applied with.” As a last resort, I’ve scheduled an appointment with Greenhub to discuss this in person, but I’m unsure of the outcome. If anyone here has experienced a similar situation, could you please share how you resolved it?
