Hi everyone,
I’m a second-year CSE student, and I just finished my 3rd semester exams. While I’ve been studying the core subjects, I feel a bit lost about what to focus on next to build a strong foundation for a career in tech. I really want to make the most of my time and start doing things that will help me grow both as a student and a future professional.
I’m open to any advice, resources, or suggestions that can guide me in the right direction. If you’ve been in a similar situation or have experience in the tech field, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Not a big deal and the value was probably $10-20, not huge.. but I never received my Colt Keith in return and have sent a few DMs and no reply. Now I see he's on here again yesterday asking to trade, and still didn't even bother to reply to my DM. This is just my experience, I'd be very careful doing business with this user.

Please this question is only for people who have literally PERMANENT URGE.NOT frequent urge there is no relief after urination The urge is always there 100% of the time. Im really struggling to find people who really have it because people with urgency and frequency claim that have it without having it. After texting them and ask how soon after urination you get the urge the answer is every 5 minutes or even 1 hour….. this is not what I’m talking about. I don’t want to make anyone feel bad I just want to help myself and other people that suffer from this exact symptom.

Is it normal to have a throbbing pain akin to toothache 2 days after getting root canal work done? The work is being done in two halves, so a clove tasting temporary filling has been put in until the next appt in about a week. Is this a normal/expected amount of discomfort which should get better by the end of the weekend? Tough it out with paracetamol, or is something likely to be wrong? Hey all, partial newcomer here and I have a heap of questions...
Going to do my best not to write a typical ‘where do i get started?’ post, but here we are.
A month or so ago, my gf and I were looking at new RPGs we could possibly play co-op (using Mythic) and she brought up CoC. I knew of the game since like 2002 when I was pretty into DnD 3e, but the whole franchise didn’t speak to me.
Cut to the other day, I’ve downloaded the (admittedly janky) PS4 game and have put a few hours in it and have been blown away—even by that iteration. The world it takes place in is amazing and I got super excited as a born-n-bread Masshole that it seems like much of the plot of this series takes place near my home.
Since then I’ve been on a bit of a Cthulhu wormhole trying to figure out how my gf and I would be able to play this together. So far I’ve gathered that the “Investigators Handbook” is a good place to start with some extra rules geared towards solo, but I want some more info.
TLDR; I want to get into Cthulhu and play co-op with my gf and maybe add some other friends one day. What books do I need to read (not necessarily just rulebooks for the ttrpg) besides the Investigators Handbook? I would love recommendations for the best ruleset for us, as well as recommendations for which novels I should read to catch up on the lore.

Closed our pool over a month ago. About 2 weeks after closing the water level dropped 2 feet. Added some water back underneath the cover as the cover was being stretched out (sagging) and breaking the bungee cords/rope. Holding it from the outside. It’s one of those tarp covers that has the steel cable wrapped around the edge of the pool with a tensioner.
Fast forward to yesterday and the pool has about a foot of water in it with rain water sitting on top. It’s pulled 1/4 of the tarp in with it. Do I just take another tarp and cover the section of pool exposed and reasses in that spring time? It would be difficult to keep adding water into the pool every few weeks and I can’t seem to find where the leak is.
Some more info, the pool is a 30ft round above ground with steel frame, pump has been removed so it’s not exposed to harsh weather. Our current weather calls for temps between 10-30F for the next week or so. Pool is about 4-5 years old and put in by previous homeowner.

What kind of jeans do y’all wear with your body suits? To make it short, I used to be thin and fit, had a baby, never bounced back because a medication I was on after that made me gain, and had to spend years just trying to shed my the weight from my son. Now I’ve lost a bunch and am very close to my ideal weight. I’d be fine with where I am now except the majority of the weight I gained went to my midsection which I really struggle with so…yeah. Not ideal but I am planning a mommy makeover within the next few years.
I never had much of a waist to begin with but now I look like a massive square when I put these bodysuits on and I love them so much but it’s embarrassing. Idk if my jeans aren’t high waisted enough (I typically like low waisted but not with bodysuits), if it’s just not gonna work out for me right now, or what the deal is. I’ve tried a belt and that helps some, I typically wear AE jeans and have a few of their high waisted pairs.
Waist shaping stuff isn’t so much an option because y’all know most of those bodysuits are on the sheer side and tight AF lol.
If anyone has some tips or styling suggestions or just even how you wear them yourself, that would be greatly appreciated.

I’m graduating with my ADN in five months and plan to take the NCLEX as soon as possible.
I’m curious about how new grad nurses handle time-off requests. My family and I usually take 3–4 weeks each year to visit our home country to see our family, but I’m wondering if that’s even possible as a new grad.
Would I have to skip going home for the first couple of years since I’ll need that experience before pursuing per diem or travel nursing, or would I have to quit to make it work?
