I’m 28, and in the process of starting my life over. I have been in long term toxic relationships since I was 18, not close with my parents and never have been, my mother is also toxic. I don’t have other family to share my struggles with. And I work from home living alone. I am going through a breakup I made another post about. It happened a few days before thanksgiving. The holiday yesterday was very tough. My holidays the past years have been mainly spent with my boyfriend’s family’s because mine don’t do anything. So yesterday kinda sucked and I felt really depressed. I brought some of my past trauma into the relationship and that’s why it ended, it was my first healthy relationship. It’s been really hard to let go of. I feel like I don’t know how to do this. I have never had to be completely by myself and with my own feelings. My head can be a scary place and I get very down on myself. I know I need to take this time to fall in love with myself but I am struggling. Especially with the holiday season. Has anyone ever needed to completely start over with no friends or family being an adult? I know that it could be an exciting time to reinvent my life but I am struggling keeping myself above water. I’m fighting my depression and negative thoughts. Trying to find a way to be ok with just me on my own while letting go of this relationship that meant the world to me. I am going to therapy once a week but find myself struggling even between appointments. I so badly want to be ok, to love myself and my life, have a positive attitude but it’s not coming easy to me.

Id say I've been on CAPP for like 3 months, 1st and 2nd month's was playing around with masks to find one I found comfortable and could get on with.
The past month there's nights where I sleep all the way through no issues. Other nights where I fall sleep with it on but wake up to find I've taken it off and only gotten 1-3 hours of usage.
I range from 1-3 per hour episode. On diagnosis I was 15 per hour.
Am I doing good? I still get sleepy sometimes but nowhere near what I felt when I wasn't on CAPP.
Just wanna know if I'm on the right track or not. Last night I did 7.37 hours with 2.7 episodes per hour.

Original battery Vs. Potential Replacement
I'm working on a project that makes no sense, whatever; neither economically, ergonomically, nor rationally. It's purely an academic effort. I have several of these old Baofeng 888s radios without functional batteries(among many other wear-and-tear issues.) It was easier to just replace them, so these are just spare parts now. I'm going to harvest the guts from one and mount them in a new enclosure, and see if I can get it working again.
I'm going to replace the original battery with an 18650 and a TP4056 for charging and protection.
My concern is: If I understand the 18650 listing correctly, this version will allow 10 amps of power draw at 3.7 volts. I don't know how much the power the radio will draw, should the two be matched? If the battery allows more power than the radio needs, and if that arrangement is acceptable for safe and sustained use, then why is the power draw specification not standardized across all 18650 batteries in the same way voltage is? (I'm also finding 8amp and 15 amp versions)
