Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new to Wealthsimple (have had it less than a week) and only have bought stocks from two companies at the moment.
I open a TFSA first and then today I opened a FHSA. Can I move one of my stocks from my TFSA into my FHSA?
I've looked on Google and the only things I've found are about moving funds between both. Nothing about moving stocks to a different account.

So I got my iPhone 16 around 2 weeks ago, and sometimes, on the gray app loading screens, I can see a silhouette of the Home Screen, and on gray screens where the bar at the bottom of the screen doesn’t show, I see burn in of that bottom bar. Is this normal? Should I get it replaced/fixed?

I am closing mid December and currently, the builder's preferred lender is offering a $1100 credit to lock in at 6.99% for a 550k loan. Credit score is 775+. Current market no discount point rate is 6.625%. External lender is suggesting i close at this with the builder's preferred lender and then they will cover the cost to refinance as soon as rates drop below 6.25ish. My mind is struggling to sign on for the higher monthly payment and lock myself in at 6.99% for the possibility of refi. Will rates ever go down to 6.25 for us to be able to refi? What other uncertainties should I account for when considering a refi?

The effect which makes grains of a sound and they can be octave up/down from the original. With feedback increased the next bunch of grains will take the ones that was octave higher and will make another octave higher and so on.
So are there some common cases where it's great to use such effect? Maybe with additional post processes as well. Like a reverb to blur the graininess or something.
