I’m in a challenge living situation I (mid 20s female) recently moved into a unit with my roommate (late 20s female)
When I viewed the place I asked her if she had any specific living preferences I should know about and she said no that she’s pretty chill. So I was like great and moved in November 1st, and within a 2 days complaints started.
Firstly she told me I shouldn’t keep any of my stuff on the kitchen counter because “she likes a clear space” which I thought was insane because she has her stuff all over the kitchen counter including a big appliance. The thing that triggered this was mixing bowls stacked in the corner because theirs not cupboard space which she moved and I said fine. But obviously that’s not sustainable because I feel we should share the kitchen evenly with storage and space and it’s not because her stuff takes up most of the drawers and cup boards.
Secondly she complains that she’s a light sleeper whenever I’m in the kitchen in the night. One night I came back late from my evening activities and was making a meal and she complained I was closing the drawers too loudly? Which I wasn’t I was being very cautious and I’m generally not loud in the kitchen anyways I was just warming up food.
On top of that she asked me not to do the laundry at all during the week because she’s a light sleep and goes to bed at 830 pm and that I can’t do it earlier because it’s too expensive so I should only do it on the weekend. Which I said no to and said I’d agree to do it once during the week and on weekends but this still seems unreasonable.
Now the worst offence is that she’s currently away and has her friend living in her room while she’s gone. I don’t know this person, never met them, don’t even have their contact. When I brought this up to her that it’s not okay she basically said to deal with it and that her friend is allowed to use the space how she wants because it’s her room. To which I said that’s unfair because it’s a shared space so you need to communicate directly when guests are coming over to stay the night or longer. When she said her friend was going to be coming while she was away she said “she’ll be coming around” and wouldn’t give any more detail.
Idk what her problem is, I told her when she gets back we have to have a chat about how we share the space so we’re both comfortable but she’s been on the defensive since day 1 and it’s not even been a full month yet (which we both have been away for half of the month)
Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

I’ve been trying to find a pair of super warm women’s mittens that have the individual fingers on the inside. I don’t know exactly how to describe it but when you put your hand in they feel like a fleece glove. She has an old pair of Burtons but they’re like 20 years old. I tried buying a similar pair of B’s last year but they were just open on the inside. Anyone know any recommendations?

Since the last update, the HR on my Forerunner 965 has been crazy. For the first almost exactly 9 minutes it is either way too high or way too low. Then suddenly its true correct one second to the next. Today it also went up to 156 at the end of my run. which simply can't be true, I was running very slowly in the zone 2 (about 120-140) and yes, I know how zone two feels. The phenomenon has been occurring for about a week. I use a chest strap and have really no idea whats going on but its so annoying.

I am currently racking up banking licenses and have pivoted my career in my late 20s also wrapping up the completion of my MBA. I want to break into high finance with all the credentials I've pick up the last couple of years. My concern is that my MBA is not a T20 school, it's a state school in the Midwest. I have good work experience and provide evidence to back it up. Will my MBA not give me as much leverage as I'd hope it would? Have I wasted money on the MBA thinking that it'd give me something, when it retrospect it'll be pretty negligible? I know everyones experience is different, could someone give me theres to help ease me being indignant?
