I’m going to a college friends wedding soon and i’m worried i’m going to pick the wrong thing. I will be attending the sangeet as well as the ceremony and reception, for the reception itself they have indicated that it will be western clothing, the rest are not and I’m very excited to get to wear some of these beautiful outfits. Thoughts guys? It is a general idea, will have to cut supports if not enough spirit. On the passive tree will prioritize minion damage/life + curses + utility + (not sure if should take fire damage or not, depends on enough room)
If going more fire damage passives, will stick with this, or could focus purely on minion nodes and swap some of the supports from FireBall -> SRS and SRS will be DPS instead, not sure really

My plan is to, when I get to 1 heart(or 2 in an area with enemies that deal 2 hearts), I restart, I also know about the NPC that gives me money for eggs, so should be using that, also, if you die in the dream warriors or anywhere in the drem realm, really, do you lose the run?
Also, which order of bosses should I do, cause I really like the double jump, but Nosk at the start feels bad, plus what charms should I try to get to?

I know its not the best title but I remember 3 distinct scenes 1. Is where the main character and her husband who is in a wheelchair are trying to escape from the underground lab by going up a ladder and shes trying to help him up but he is ultimately killed and another is where they left an old church that people believed wouldn't be attacked and later the characters leave and look back at the church and it is destroyed and the last one is the wife and companions go back to the lab and she sees her husband enveloped in this white ish pale growth on the ladder where he died.

Hello everyone, I have a question about job scope and education as they translate to salary. I have around 6 years of experience in the supply chain. I have worked in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. I have a bachelor's in an unrelated field. I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration from a small college in the state and am concerned with my career choice. Currently, my total compensation is 65-70k with a role as a buyer for the company that I work for. If I am being honest, I feel that I can improve and want to make more to provide for myself, and in the future when I have a family. I feel if I was able to break into the 100k range I would be better suited to pay debts, invest, and live a modest life. But I am at a crossroads with my decision-making to my career.
I have also been accepted into another degree in software engineering where I would be learning from the ground up and looking to combine the business skills I have learned from school/experiences to better the company I work for. Do you believe that this would open doors for me? I have a very strong work ethic and want to succeed but not at the cost of my health or my family. I believe it is possible, but I also value others' opinions as well because they help me to learn and grow. Please advise and thank you in advance for your help.

2024.11.29 15:30 Human_King_8425 2025 Expectations of Leads. How Do We Feel About This

As 2025 approaches, I feel like I'm barely holding it together. Workload keeps increasing, but the pay is still garbage. One of the things that's really been getting under my skin is how Leads are being expected to take on additional tasks, like CSS/FBM duties, without any increase in compensation. I get it—Leads are supposed to support all levels of management—but the amount of extra work we're expected to do, with no real support, is ridiculous.
At least, that's been my experience. I'm the "go-to" Lead for everything, while the other Leads get off with the bare minimum. I train, handle the cascade charts (and of course, I'm assigned the most people to manage), and my store is crazy about email communication for shift recaps—so guess who's doing those in place of the MOD? Yep, me. I also take care of most refunds, till issues, damage control, signage, POGs, and everything else you can imagine.
It’s gotten to the point where I'm being stretched so thin that I honestly feel like I'm going to crash out. My workload is increasing, but there’s no support and no recognition for it. Where’s the balance? Where’s the fair compensation? It’s frustrating to be expected to do so much with little to no back-up, and no real incentive to keep pushing through.
Am I the only one feeling this way, or are others experiencing the same? What are your thoughts on how Leads are being treated heading into 2025?
