My budget is ~ $600-$700, I would like to stay in this range, but if necessary I wouldn't mind going a bit over.
If any part would require me to also get a new power supply please list that as well
I was hoping to get like a 3060 or something but don't know if that would be overkill considering both my gpu and cpu are kinda old at this point
I mainly play 1080p games and even on medium or lowest settings, some modern games have started to show the wear of my components, dipping into around 40 frames at the worst times. Although I prefer fps, actually having a clear picture would be nice so I have come to request aid in upgrading.

I feel like there's a catch when you try to scale a character whose first and only feat required to set up his "rank" on a scale is the fact that his "limiter" set by "God" is non-existent. It goes a similar way with Jin Woo in Solo Leveling, just in a less gag/toon-ish way.
He is very obviously made as a mock-up Goku, let's call him Mocku. He trained harder and harder to push his limits and get stronger but instead of getting more hair and a neon outline, he got bald and invincible. We could take it as Goku's endgame. He got more hair at first but then got less and less with further evolutions. When he goes bald, it'll be the end.
I would also love to say that my favourite guy would fuck him up, but I accept the fact that he would most definitely put on his unamused face to any attack from One Piece, he would block Sukuna's world-ending slash and ignore Gojo's DE and if he got written into The Death Note, Ryuk would probably just come over and rip the page out for Death's sake.
It doesn't seem fun to try and downplay a gag character made for fun, just for the sake of an attempt at scaling them. When something like this happens in a major comic universe, the character gets retconned sooner or later, for the sake of some balance. OPM is fun and giggles and too many people get into heated arguments just because they can't accept it doesn't make sense to scale something unscaleable.

The volume rocker button has fell off at some point this afternoon, I've not dropped the phone at all (although I realise that's what CEX will think) Does anyone who works at CEX think I'll get a replacement under warranty? I'm kicking myself for it going so soon after buying, it was a grade c, plenty of scratches to the body of the phone. TIA

 | Hi aquariums, this is my first tanks and I have a few newbie questions if you don't mind. First picture is the tank "complete" what do you think? I want to put a school of green neon tetras in here. Second one is of a translucent slime that has grown on the drift wood, is it a good sign or did I not clean the wood well enough? The third picture is my water tests last night with the 4th picture bing the tests from this morning. I know the pictures aren't standard but I have had a drop in nitrites with no increase in nitrates, is this a normal fluctuation or has something gone wrong? I panted a few new pants yesterday. 2024.11.29 15:50 AceDare Why do games use pressing sticks (L3 and R3) as a button input so often?
I haven't played many AAA 3D games since the PS2 era, and I've been getting back into some great games I missed out on now I have a steam deck, but when did they start using L3 and R3 so much?
It's uncomfortable because my hands aren't quite big enough to press it easily. It is so much more comfortable (and easier to tell I have actually pressed the button) if they map things like sprinting to face buttons!
PS. I remap it when I can, but not always an option, hence the frustration!
