When running a data refresh the VM seems to have CPU spikes where its waiting due to its 24GHZ limit.
Is this because of just how large the dataset is or is this likely due to an inefficient semantic model structure?

I swear to god I am so sick of these parking companies 🤬 I am based in England.
So a while ago I took my son out to an event, and dutifully searched and paid for parking ahead of time via a parking app.
The parking location had ANPR barriers that recognised my plate and let me in/out no problems.
Cut to a few weeks later, I get a PCN saying I hadn't paid. I appealed the PCN, attaching the invoice for the parking, and I got this response:
"Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge.
The Charge was issued and the signage is displayed in compliance with The British Parking Association’s Approved Operator Scheme Code of Practice and all relevant laws and regulations. While a parking fee was paid, we have been unable to locate a payment made for this vehicle registration or similar preventing a valid permit from being generated for this vehicle. We therefore believe a major keying error was made when your vehicle registration was entered or payment was made against an incorrect vehicle registration. In light of this, on this occasion, your representations have been carefully considered and rejected.
We have now updated this Parking Charge to reflect the driver's details you have provided. Your new reference number is: xxxxxxxxxxxx
In accordance with paragraph 17.4 of the BPA Code of Practice, which states that “It is appreciated that in issuing a PCN in these instances, the operator will have incurred charges including but not limited to the DVLA fee and other processing costs therefore we believe that it is reasonable to seek to recover some of these costs by making a modest charge to the motorist of no more than £20 for a 14-day period from when the keying error was identified”, on this occasion only we will accept the reduced amount of £20 in full settlement of this Charge to cover our costs in correctly issuing this Charge and we will hold the charge at this rate for 14 days from the date of this correspondence. If no payment is received within this period, and no further appeal to POPLA is made, the Charge will escalate and further costs may be added.
You have now reached the end of our internal appeals procedure. This correspondence represents our final stance on the matter and we will therefore not enter into any further correspondence.
CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED FOLLOWING THE REJECTION OF AN APPEAL WILL NOT CHANGE THE OUTCOME OR EXTEND THE DATE IN WHICH PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE.
Although we have now rejected your appeal, you may still have recourse to appeal to Parking On Private Land Appeals (POPLA), an independent appeals service. An appeal to POPLA must be made within 28 days of the date of this correspondence. POPLA will only consider cases on the grounds that the Parking Charge exceeded the appropriate amount, that the vehicle was not improperly parked or had been stolen, or that you were otherwise not liable for the Parking Charge. To appeal to POPLA, please go to their website http://www.popla.co.uk and follow the instructions. If you would rather deal with this matter by post, please contact our Appeals Office and we will send you the necessary paperwork.

The number plate on my invoice matches my car, I use the parking app week in week out and it's all pre-saved so I am certain no mistakes were made my end. Plus the ANPR worked.
Begrudgingly, I actually went to try and pay the £20 just to get rid of them as at the time I was midway through buying my property and didn't want any issues affecting my credit. However when I went to their website and entered the details, it showed that nothing was due. I have a screenshot of this. I did not query it though.
Since then I have moved into my new property and yesterday received a letter from debt collectors demanding £160.
It would appear at least 1 letter chasing for payment went to my previous address, so I never received it. I updated my driver's license the day I moved in, so I couldn't have done anything different.
What do you all think I should do?
The way I see it, I paid upfront, I did everything I was meant to do, so I shouldn't be penalised for any of this.
Do I take it to court? Is a judge likely to see sense, or have they got me over a barrel with some unfair loophole?

I apologize in advance if my theory appears too dumb to even consider..
Theory:
We all know Saitama is very forgetful and careless. Not that he doesn't care about people but he doesn't consider the aftermath of being late or the effects of his sheer destructive power. We saw this when he destroyed that asteroid and it's particles shattered the city or when he got late to save Genos from Cosmic Garou at the end of MA arc.
What if this powerful and destructive cyborg existed but Saitama destroyed it, however during the battle Genos' village got crushed either due to Saitama's destructive attacks Or because Saitama got late in destroying this cyborg on time out of boredom?
what if Genos somehow finds out about this, maybe via some kind of footage or some other way. And then, out of uncontrolled rage he becomes the same cyborg he swore to destroy, A MAD CYBORG, who now goes after Saitama?
We have already seen in webcomic and once in manga that Genos starts to lose control over himself when matter comes down to his village (like his eyes going empty and his tone becoming aggressive when Saitama talks down to Dr Kuseno in manga or when Saitama asks to help Genos on his journey to destroy Metal Knight in webcomic)
Plus, in the last to last chapter we saw how Genos is getting more and more aggressive and uncontrollable as he is nearing to Metal Knight.
