$KODK Market Cap is currently $611M. They have an overfunded pension by $1BN that they are terminating. After taxes, the cash to be given to the company would be around $550M. Placing Market Cap at FMV up to $1.161BN (Based on this alone, but there's more potential. Read on.)
The company has been making strides on shifting their dogshit way-outdated camera and printing business into domestic manufactured pharmaceuticals. They have the patents for it, and furthermore, the $760M pharma loan of 2020 to the WHOLE COMPANY was unjustifiably taken away after TWO INDIVIDUALS NOT EMPLOYED by Kodak used inside information. This was completely unfair, and I think a lawsuit should have been brought, but maybe it's been in motion behind the scenes?
Anyway, the stock is trading below fair value based on cash alone. What could they do with the extra $550M cash?
1.) Special dividend to shareholders (Possibility, but very weak business strategy).
2.) Expand pharmaceutical operations? (AND possibly get the $760M loan reinstated on top exploding SP even higher)
3.) Use the $550M cash to buy bitcoin, like MSTR, etc. and supernova the fuck out of the stock price.
4.) Due to increase in cash position, and the fact they have an extensive patent line, KODK could be actually become an M&A target.
OR 5.) Do nothing and continue zero innovation with the extra $550M cash like total fucking morons like they've been doing for decades.
TLDR: $KODK is trading under FMV based on cash alone. They could be an M&A target due to cash position and patent line. If Mgmt aren't total dipshits, they should still be pursuing reinstating the $760M pharma loan for domestic manufacturing to offset reliance on China and India. Also if the pussies in $KODK Mgmt find their balls, they could use the $550M to buy bitcoin, using it as a form of leverage for growth operation, and propel MC higher. If anyone can't tell, I vehemently hate mgmt. I think they're morons, but at least they're finally following through on their plans.

I am debating on whether to buy the kit for $500 or buy the assembled printer $999. I did assemble the mk3 and it works so well. It’s slow compared to my other printers. So time for an upgrade. Having a printer down sounds like a bad deal. I am using it regularly. Time is money. So do I want to take a whole day to rebuild my 3? It look like the power supply, bed, hot end and the screen. It seems I will be replacing everything but the frame. If you have the money what would you do? I am always trying to save money. I also have to be smart with my time. I am truly stumped at to what to do.

Needing to pick up a new board for the season since my current daily driver is falling apart. I think I've narrowed down my choices to the GNU Banked Country, Capita Mega Merc, and the Jones Stratos.
I've been riding on and off for 20+ years and would consider myself an advanced rider. This will be my primary board so I'm looking for something that does well carving and charging fast on piste but also has a bit of a fun and playful feel for side hits. When conditions allow I prefer to ride trees and powered. I'm not riding the park much these days but I occasionally make a lap though to hit some jumps.
I'd like something that's quality and is going to hold up for a few seasons. I'm coming from riding something from a smaller new board brand that I picked up at the beginning of last season and after one year of riding my board started having some serious delamination issues.
I'm 5"11 and about 175lbs with a size 10 boot. Any advice on which of these boats might be the best option for my riding style

- The story is really hard to follow. You have to look up story guides every episode to actually keep up. What is this, FNAF?
- "Are we dating?" "Yes." "Yay." WHO WROTE THIS?? They just HAD to put the 2 main characters into a romantic relationship. The series could have gone perfectly fine without one, but no! We just had to make them date! I get they wanted to end the shipping wars, but at least write the dialogue well! An example of this is: "Are we dating?" "Yes." "Yay." WHO WROTE THIS??
- The characters die every episode. Like seriously, there are just so many fake out deaths that you just can't take them seriously anymore. Whenever N or Uzi gets stabbed, the chat goes wild, but its just obvious they'll be perfectly fine.
- There was absolutely no point in V's "death". It was obvious she would have to return.
- They introduce Cyn too late for her death to be meaningful. So it really feels rushed when she just dissolves.
- They made a really big thing about how "Oh UZi cAn'T uSE hEr POWerS oR she'LL GeT PoSSeSsed oR SOMEthinG" when really it had no consequences in the grand scheme of things. She was perfectly fine using them!
- PLEASE KILL OFF A CHARACTER, NO MAJOR CHARACTERS DIE IN THE ENTIRE SHOW!
- Sometimes, in a fight or in a tense seen, they just add a random comedic moment and its really jarring. It undercuts the whole atmosphere of the scene. In fact, the comedy in the whole series is really off-putting.
