Just this morning we noticed a little something in the corner of her eye. It looks like a piece of tissue paper or something but we worry it's her 3rd eyelid. Although, we don't think the 3rd eyelid would look like this, as it should be smooth. She's acting normal, doesn't seem irritated when I touch around the eye area, she isn't pawing her eye or squinting. Any ideas of what this could be? Any suggestions of how to remove it or should I go to the vet?

Probably a stupid question but does anyone have tips for trying to keep the temperature consistent on both the first and second floor of a home during winter? It recently got really cold here (upper mid-west) and upstairs is consistently 6+ degrees warmer than downstairs. We have an ecobee thermostat with a sensor in our primary bedroom. I mainly want our bedroom cooler at night and the first floor a little warmer.

Normally they take a few cms of the piece , but i can´t do that with clothing has sleeves because taking too much with my arms is uncomfortable. The clothing fits my shoulders but looks like a tent aesthetically. I hate tight sleeves , and i want to ask if its possible to sew starting from the armpit instead of the start of the sleeve and keep some space to avoid sensory issues. Or is better to tailor firts removing the sleeves and then tailor the waist?

27 year old female, Lives in North Carolina, 5'4, 197 pounds. I have not been exposed to any plants. The hives began with a cheap swimsuit I put on and took off and immediately took a shower days ago. I'm still suffering on and off symptoms from anything I put on or rub against. Random hives, rashes, and blood spots along with severe itching I've had for a few days now. I've made a doctor's appointment but I can't think of anything this could exactly pinpoint. My spouse is LC with his family. Oftentimes they set up times to see just him. When this happens, they usually try to talk to him in a way that suggests they would like to see him more but they worry I will be upset OR they try to make it seem like they are worried about me being upset in general (?). I am also low-no contact with them. He set some boundaries with various people in his family and I honored them. I think they believe I am the catalyst, however. I also wonder if my hubby had alluded me to being the catalyst... because he is uncomfortable with confrontation. Not sure what is going on but I often feel like I'm some witch that is being hunted. Is there anything I should do to stop this or continue LC and ignore it.

personally my most toxic experience was in a champ lobby about a year ago and my opponent was winning and started saying stuff like “just ff” and other dumb things, we ended up coming back in OT and made fun of the guy but he eventually added me and my friend and we invited him and he got our addresses and started calling us crazy things and im pretty sure he got banned or removed us because i never saw his name again.

Thankful for my workforce for a few years.
This beauty of a T450s has held up just fine even if I ran it over with my car…oops Happened a few years ago and the only battle scars it has from that incident is a black spot on the bottom of the screen and cracked bottom case. It’s now retired as a Plex home server.
Hope that my new T14 Gen 5 will have the same durability even if the case isn’t made of magnesium. 🤞

Hello! Last night, I was walking to my car and slipped. I fell directly onto my back/tailbone, right at about where they’d meet, and felt a crunch. I was in immediate pain and ended up laying in the snow for 5 minutes until i could muster up the strength to move. It has gotten significantly worse overnight, but i don’t see any bruising. It is now to the point where i am sitting in awkward positions as any sort of pressure brings me to instant tears. The only time i have any relief is while i’m lying on my stomach/side.
I am working today, but more so wanting to know if there’s a possibility of it being something bigger than just a hard fall. More so worried about a bone fracture. Thanks in advance!

So yeah, bit of a weird one.
Sam and I have been together 3 years now and up until this point there have been no major speed bumps. What seems prudent to mention is that we have what I would describe as a good sex life. Anyway, Sam's and Tim have been friends for about 15 years, but 2 years ago Tim moved to the UK. However, Tim's currently back in Australia for a month and he's brought his girlfriend, they've been together for about a year. I'll call her Emily. Emily is stunning; beautiful, French, sophisticated, I can see objectively that she's a very attractive woman.
Sam and I offered Tim and Emily a place to stay for a few days, as most of Tim's friends live in the city rather than their hometown. It was Sam's idea, which makes me feel a bit sick. We never had any incidents, or any inappropriate behaviour at all. Tim and Emily were lovely and it was a pleasure having them here.
That was a couple of weeks ago. Over the past few days, Sam's been having problems with his phone. I don't know what he did, but when he was syncing it he must have shared his notes with our Mac somehow. I went to use the notes earlier today and I saw a note full of erotic stories about Sam and Emily.
There were entire paragraphs written in excruciating detail about how sexy he thinks she is, all this over-the-top dirty talk between them, the various sexual acts he wanted to do with her and how it would feel, reading it made me feel sick. It also made me feel really undesirable, hearing him talk about all the things about her that turn him on. I'm not insecure or jealous usually, but now I can't stop obsessively comparing myself to Emily because obviously I'm not enough for my boyfriend whereas she is.
I have no idea how to even handle this. I'm so disgusted and creeped out. The thing is I probably wouldn't have minded if the woman in the stories was some random woman, because I understand that I can't tick every box he finds attractive. But it's the fact that it's a person who we know, who we've spent time with. Now I look back at all the time we've spent with Tim and Emily and I want to go back in time and throw something at him because I know what he's thinking.
He came home before and tried to initiate sex, and I lied and told him I wasn't feeling well. Honestly he just creeps me out right now. Should I confront him about it? Do I have a right to? Or should I just let him have his fantasies even if I find it detestable?
tl;dr: My boyfriend writes detailed erotic stories about him and his friend's girlfriend, I'm disgusted and creeped out, am I being unreasonable and should I confront him?
