Hi fellow Redditers. This is my first post. I apologize ahead of time for my English. I'm German and English is my second language.
Anyways, I desperately need help. I cannot seem pass regular poo. I can only pass small, pebbles. I been this way for about 3 years. I sometimes go days with any passing stool. I'm 38 years old, female, not obese and in fair health. I excersize a couple times a week, mainly hiking. I've tried stool softeners, laxatives, fiber, etc. Nothing seems to be working. I still only pass these little rocks. I also have, and this is very embarrassing, excessive gas, bloating, stomach pain and constantly feeling full. I should also note that I'm taking methadone as prescribed by my Doktor, 135mg once daily. Have been for over a decade and never had issues with going until about 3 years ago. I also must say colon cancer does run on my Mutter side of family. I have not been screened yet as I believe I'm too young.
With all that said, any and all advice on this is great. I need help or I'm gonna lose my mind.

What's wrong with salons in Central Arcade! All of them are so expensive. A basic hair cut costs 500 bucks !! I lived in GK1 for 6 years. They too were expensive but 400/- is max I paid (Looks). My regular one was of 250/- but they provided amazing service. Here I have tried three salons so far. Poor service, dirty ambience, no politeness in barbers and needless hyped cost !! Anyone living near Central Arcade/MGF/Heritage city - suggest a good salon please. This used to be my relaxing time, now I feel I will rather take metro to GK 😂
