im restarting on drawing my vtuber model (again 🥲) and the layer hierarchy has me confused. drawing isnt my strong suit but idrc, im redrawing the eyes rn to be similar to my vroid model but i dont think i got the canvas settings right (1920x1080 px and 350 dpi) also: would it make sense for a bat looking demon to make mostly music content since bat use echolocation? my brother said it doesnt make sense

Me (30m) and my ex (26f) broke up 1.5 months ago. After 2 years together but 1 year and change as BF & GF.
Since the brake up I move abroad for 3 months (going back to in two months, but not same city). In the moment of the breakup we discuss about it and as she was decided I didn’t begged or asked for her to rethink. I bought a ticket and I left.
She said stuff like I was the best partner she ever had. (That’s easy all her exes were pieces of shit. One was violent, the other cheated on her, and the last one treated her like garbage) She decided to break up with me after a fight we had about family issues.
Since I arrived here I started therapy, the gym and get in touch with some old friends. I had been trying to work on myself and giving her the space that she wanted with the break up.
Only after 10 days here she FaceTime me out of the blue. I didn’t answer I was still too bad emotionally.
4 days later I wrote to her apologizing for not picking up and we chatted. She said she was feeling nostalgic, lonely, and that everything seems so dark and shitty now that she is alone. And said that the day she called me she was literally out of control crying and feeling sad.
5 days after she sent me a picture of a teddy we had always in our bed. Pretty emotional. I thought ok maybe she is having second thoughts. But seems that the problem was not our fight that end on us splitting. It’s that she felt that her attraction for me was lost. And she doesn’t think that that can get back.
3 days after that she sent me a post on Instagram about something we used to do us a couple. I just was able to like the post and that’s it.
7 days after that she wrote to me again. This time asking about me how I am, what I’m up to. We ended speaking about my therapy and how I was doing. Then she told me she needed to understand herself better. Why she feels how she feels and why does everything her way… she told me she wants to change her psychologist. So she can work on more deep stuff.
What does all this means?
I tried my best to let her be happy, to even in hurting to give her the break up. And she still keeps reaching out to me. And it’s not on a let’s be friends way. I made that clear to her.
She reached out to me so many times and I just reached out once to be polite. Don’t get me wrong I’m still in love with her, I know she has some childhood trauma and all the bad experiences with her exes but I can understand all this.

I’m 28, and in the process of starting my life over. I have been in long term toxic relationships since I was 18, not close with my parents and never have been, my mother is also toxic. I don’t have other family to share my struggles with. And I work from home living alone. I am going through a breakup I made another post about. It happened a few days before thanksgiving. The holiday yesterday was very tough. My holidays the past years have been mainly spent with my boyfriend’s family’s because mine don’t do anything. So yesterday kinda sucked and I felt really depressed. I brought some of my past trauma into the relationship and that’s why it ended, it was my first healthy relationship. It’s been really hard to let go of. I feel like I don’t know how to do this. I have never had to be completely by myself and with my own feelings. My head can be a scary place and I get very down on myself. I know I need to take this time to fall in love with myself but I am struggling. Especially with the holiday season. Has anyone ever needed to completely start over with no friends or family being an adult? I know that it could be an exciting time to reinvent my life but I am struggling keeping myself above water. I’m fighting my depression and negative thoughts. Trying to find a way to be ok with just me on my own while letting go of this relationship that meant the world to me. I am going to therapy once a week but find myself struggling even between appointments. I so badly want to be ok, to love myself and my life, have a positive attitude but it’s not coming easy to me.
