Need help, have been dealing with little almost microscopic red/black dots, sometimes they sparkle as well as wirey black hair coming out of the places/pores where my hair grows. I’ve struggled with my hair being literally deteriorated by something, losing almost full circulation in my hands esp in my right , it has been awful and I just need some help. Took to dealership. They said to drive it another 5000 miles and if it doesn’t go away to take it back…
Multiple techs including the boss I believe test drove it and told me it is driving as designed until I showed them the video and they told me what I said in the title because they “dont even know where to begin to solve the issue” after I blew up when they told me that “you experience lower mpg when you tow a trailer” as if I’m making this problem up.

I was dumb to take to smallest insurance now i got stuck with a 250.000 credit Bill to repair my airplane. Did the Math and its not reasonable to continue, so i started a new career. Only problem i have now: every mission only gives me about 500 credits, last campaign i had many missions with arround 800-1200 credits. Buttom Line: i need at least a minimum of 50 flights just to get to 25000 credits to get to my company stqart again. The grind is unbelievable frustrating. Please Devs, give us some money boosts in the eárly game, an spare me the forced 20 + hours gameplay time for the extended tutorial only doing basic flightseeing tours :((( its soooo repetetive. and everything just because of a game freeze. you force me to do 20-50 extra gameplay hours because of lazy programming. this is NOT the way !

Background- I had breast reduction surgery in 2018. I then had a revision that year. I have a few spots where there is believed to be scar tissue.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed a bruise on the right breast on the upper area of my areola area. I am currently nursing my 15 month old, so I thought maybe it was from that.
It didn’t hurt, but it took a long time to change colors. I then started feeling around and there is an obviously lump under there. I went to see my mom a couple of days later and asked her to feel it as well. She told me to go see the dr. My husband also did as well.
I reached out to my doctor and she gets me in the next day. I have breast cancer in my family so I knew I needed to go. She also agreed that I need to go get a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound done. I will be getting it done on Tuesday.
But I have been in such a down and blah mood since all this happened. I am also unusually tired and just want to sleep all day. I have a feeling that there is something wrong. I hope there isn’t, but it’s just a weird feeling… I have this amazing baby boy I struggled to have for a really long time. I have an amazing family. I am 35… and I am just sadly numb in a painful way about this all. And I really hope it’s nothing.
