I feel like no one talks about the fact that people needing custom insoles should also be doing rehab exercises. It should go hand in hand ( or foot in foot ? )
My left foot collapses and overpronates, creating a much wider, and longer foot. This flat feet is not a genetic trait in my case, and in most. Its a result of muscle imbalance caused by tight shoes, injury etc.
Im seeing good progress doing these exercises, and I do believe that in time, I wont need as much support in my insoles.

What are your thoughts on this ? Why does no one talk about assessing and trying to improve your foot functions through exercises ?
