2024.11.29 16:30 Rboy61 Headphone Recommendations

I'm in the US, price range is up to $400.
I'd like to get something with a long (~3m in length) wire so I can walk around (1/4" jack to connect to my audio interface), closed-back, and long lasting. I'm mainly going to use them for gaming/media consumption, but I have dabbled in audio editing/recording before.
I have looked at Audio Technica and Sennheiser a bit. I currently have ATH-M20Xs that I've used for about 5 years. They're alright, but I want something a bit more...robust? Maybe "better quality" is a better way to say it.
I first thought of getting the ATH-M70X, but some reviews said they're just as good as the M50X and don't justify the price difference. For Sennheiser, I was looking at the HD 620S.
Any advice is appreciated.

Iā€™m 25(M), Recently joined a company where I am getting paid only 3KAED a month. I know this is low amount but my situation is a bit weird as I live with my parents so I donā€™t have to pay rent, food or living expenses. So I end up saving that whole amount.
The work is completely remote but I have barely anything to do. I usually wake up at 1pm most days due to the lack of work. I probably work 2-3 hours a week. I am currently unfulfilled as I wish there was more work and a higher pay that came along with it. But I guess this is the situation I am in till I find another role.

2024.11.29 16:30 Gothvomitt Thanksgiving ER visit

Hey yā€™all, I had a really bad flareup last night and had to make a trip to the ER. I was having fluctuating stomach pain from a 4/10 to 9/10 on the pain scale and couldnā€™t even lay down comfortably. They gave me a GI cocktail and that helped numb me up and get rid of the pain fairly quickly which was so helpful. Iā€™m relatively new to being diagnosed and this was one of my first flareups ever, are they usually this bad?? Iā€™m pretty sure it was the thanksgiving food that set my stomach off (and that I forgot to take my omeprazole and fluticasone which is so my bad). Has anyone found anything over the counter to take that has helped with flareups? I tried tums, pepto bismol, gasX, hot showers/baths, and heating pads, but nothing touched the pain. I guess Iā€™m a little lost on how to manage the pain when it gets this bad because it hurt so badly and I couldnā€™t manage to distract myself enough to fall asleep. I also wasnā€™t too sure what to tag this post as, so sorry if I picked the wrong one!
