So I mainly want to focus on hydration and make my face look moisturized. I have really dry skin and live in a desert state. So far I feel like my routine is too long and would like help to make to smaller. I would also like any recommendations if ya'll have any to replace any products.
Skin care routine:

  1. Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Cleansing (just added this to do double cleansing after work /I work in a warehouse)
  2. Oil Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser
  3. COSRX 6X Peptide Collagen Booster Toner Serum (recently added this to try it)
  4. Goodal - Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner (thinking of changing toner once I finish the bottle)
  5. The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrating Serum
  6. The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Brightening Serum
  7. COSRX Snail Mucin 96% Power Face Serum
  8. Skin 1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule (thinking of removing this once finished with bottle)
  9. NIVEA Creme Body, Hand and Face Moisturizing Cream Fresh
  10. beauty of joseon revive eye serum (recently added this)
  11. Lastly on my lips I just use Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Original. I also like to add it to my forehead and nose since it tends to feel super dry in these areas.

2024.11.29 16:40 Ihateliar Finally Getting my 2023 Tax Return

Back in mid-late February, SoFi was denying direct deposit tax returns because they were coded as a “business” deposit or something along those lines. This mainly affected people who liked to have their fees deducted before getting the money, which I’m never doing again after this mess.
Anyway, I contacted the IRS 4 times and each time it seemed like the reps were very helpful and wanted to get me my refund. An investigation was opened up and they claimed I was sent a form to request a check, but it never came. The IRS also claimed that the money was never sent back, but I was given a confirmation number and exact department it was sent to. I finally decided to contact my congressional representative for assistance and I would highly suggest that. They called me within a couple hours and got the process moving. After about 5 weeks, I was notified that my refund is on the way and was even given interest for how long my refund was held from me.
If anyone else experienced this and still doesn’t have their refund, contact your congressional representative and they’ll be able to put a fire under the IRS to finally issue your refund.

I got into XRP a a few weeks ago, and the only account that I had access to was Robinhood. I still don’t trust them fully but it was the easiest point to get in.
Reading a lot of posts about storing in a cold wallet, or just a wallet in general to keep it off the exchanges and “not your keys not your crypto”.
Questions is/are:
What is the best wallet to use that is secure?
How do I go about moving my coins from Robinhood to said wallet?

I’m exhausted and need to know if anyone else deals with this.
Every time I make a new close friend, I start to have intrusive thoughts about them. A very common theme is that I start worrying that I’m secretly in love with them and that I want to date them and have sex with them even though I know I don’t want to

I don’t see a lot of people talk about this as an OCD theme, which makes me wonder if I’m alone in this

I love my friends, platonically, but these weird romantic/sexual intrusive thoughts make me want to withdraw myself from them. It makes me feel so uncomfortable

Y sino pasa esto y el fallece pueden ponerla en plazo fijo para que no se licue hasta que decidan hacerle la sucesiĂłn. ÂżEs viable esto?ÂżPuede surgir algĂșn problema?

I currently have a Fujifilm X100F that I got in 2020 on FB marketplace for a steal (before all the hype). That thing is my baby - I carry it everywhere, and despite not being the latest and greatest in terms of technology and autofocus, I have captured some of my favorite photos and memories on it. The thing that I enjoy most about it is how easy and enjoyable it is to take photos and quickly have them "ready" with minimal post-processing. I enjoy the film simulation look that it produces, and I have a Glimmerglass 1 on it at all times. What I am saying is I appreciate when photos are not tack sharp and clinical-looking. I also enjoy how compact and 'incognito' it is to carry it around - it never feels like a burden.
However, I've been more interested about expanding my focal length. Having used the X100F, I am probably most comfortable with the 35 mm equivalent, but I want to try to expand it a bit. I mainly shoot street/landscape/a little bit of portraits. There have been many moments in my travels where I wished I could have backed up a bit or tightened up a shot, but simply could not. I also want to dabble in video a bit, but am photography first. I am mainly leaning towards the A7CII also for its full frame capalibilities, as I am finding myself going out at night in the city to shoot as well.
What are people's experiences in the A7CII for travel/daily carry? Has anyone also made a transition? What len(s) would you recommend to keep it pretty compact? I would prefer a zoom for its versatility, but am open to suggestions. Thanks!

Hey Reddit. Vor 2 Monaten wurde ich in MĂŒnchen mit 3 Ecstasy-Pillen erwischt. Ich habe heute einen Brief vom Gericht erhalten, dass ich wegen des Besitzes von 1 Ecstasy-Pille, 0,1 Gramm Ecstasy und 0,1 Gramm MDMA zu einer Geldstrafe verurteilt wurde. (30 TagessĂ€tze Ă  70 €)
Lohnt es sich einen Strafverteidiger einzuschalten? die Strafe betrĂ€gt nur 2100€ - weil die meinen Tagessatz falsch berechnet haben. (es mĂŒsste 130€ sein, nicht 70€). und die Anwaltskosten werden wohl auch eh 1000€ betragen...
Wenn ich einen Anwalt beauftrage, wĂŒrde das Gericht dann feststellen, dass ich tatsĂ€chlich mehr verdiene, und die Strafe wĂŒrde sich verdoppeln?
WĂŒrde das Gericht die Anwaltskosten ĂŒbernehmen, wenn das Verfahren eingestellt wird?
Lohnt sich das ĂŒberhaupt oder muss ich die Strafe einfach bezahlen?
Welche negativen Konsequenzen drohen mir, wenn ich die Strafe einfach akzeptiere und bezahle?

We all know Kendrick has always described himself as a two-sided Gemini, as explored throughout Damn - you have the flesh (his 'wicked' side, subject to temptations, emotional instability, and drawn towards war) and you have his spirit/soul (his 'weak' side, which is willing to forgive and wants to push spirituality).
In GNX, I think he is expanding this concept into a trinity - three sides of Kendrick.
In Reincarnated he states: "a third of me demented, cemented in pain."
I believe this is referring to his flesh - his wicked/human side.
In Man at the Garden, however, he states: "Twice emotional stability" and I think this is referring to his other two selves that make up the trinity.
I'm not entirely sure how to characterize each third of the trinity but perhaps we could see it as: The Father (Kendrick as a teacheprophet); The Son (Kendrick the fallible human - the third of him which is demented, cemented in pain); and The Holy Spirit (Kendrick as a creative spirit, his more playful side which we have been seeing recently).
Haven't thought much about this but wondering if others have thought similarly or whether this sparks any more thoughts?

So my insurer wants to cancel my insurance bc the telematics box caught me speeding on a motorway it claimed I was averaging 100 with a top of 101 even tho the trip it claimed it on said my highest speed was like 80. However anyway they want to cancel it. I have seen a loophole where I can cancel it first so that’s what I’m gunna do bc I have 7 days to do so until they do it. Anyway my question is! Say I don’t cancel it and they do and I know I have to declare I’ve had insurance cancelled. I have already bought a new policy days ago to start on the 9th. Paid and registered just not started. Do I need to tell them that I’ve had a policy cancelled even tho when I took it out days ago it wasn’t even in the works of happening yet? The situation should be fine as I’ve spoken to customer support and they should be able to sort out for me to cancel soon I’m just waiting on a claim as my black box claimed I had crashed due to hard braking as my Mercedes slammed the auto brakes due to someone infront emergency stopping. All is waiting just wondering if anyone has any notes or answers for what I’ve typed above!
