My credit is 700 (which isn’t great but I’ve been working really hard to get it back up from some bad decisions I made when I was younger), my DTI is 32%, my credit utilization is 35%. I’ve been trying to get approved for the remaining balance on my chattel mortgage of a place that I bought with an ex, but since it’s a mobile home neither of the banks I’ve been to, credit unions, or mortgage brokers are willing to give me anything. Literally the trailer 2 doors down that’s the same size and condition as mine just sold for over twice what I paid for mine, but my trailer apparently holds no value.
As a last ditch effort, I was wondering if I could apply for a line of credit for the amount I need ($35,000) and use that to pay off my loan. But do you need to tell them what you’re using the loan for, and will I get in trouble if I’m dishonest? I’m desperate to stay here, I’d never be able to find a place to rent in my area. I know so many homeless families right now because there literally isn’t places to live.

We find joy in God's presence. But we will not be fully in His presence if we have unconfessed sin in our lives. If we confess, repent, and have a plan to change, we start making progress.
Once we are in a right place with God we should start to feel His presence. If we don't feel it, it is wise to ask Him why. Sometimes we merely need to give Him praise and thanks to get in His presence. At other times He wants to show us some unknown sin that is keeping us from fulfilling what He wants us to do.
When I don't feel the presence of the Lord, I react very aggressively and try to get to the bottom of why. I will not live with darkness clouding my mind. Frustrations filling my head, anger filling my heart, or any other condition other than the presence of the Lord. I do this because I insist on living in joy.
Secondly, consider setting your PRIORITIES in Order.
Matthew 6:33, (CSB) – (Jesus said), “But seek first the kingdom of God[and his righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.”
Seek God first. Focus on righteousness first. When we live this way, we can start to feel the presence of the Lord.
Thirdly, pray. Someone said it like this, “When we pray, we talk to God. When we read the Bible, God talks to us.” When pursuing after God we need both – to talk to God, and to listen to God speak back.
Fourthly, consider seeking His Presence with HUMILITY. Through the prophet Isaiah God proclaims, “I will look favorably on this kind of person: one who is humble, submissive in spirit, and trembles at my word” (Isaiah 66:2, CSB).
Humbly seek the Lord. I am always wrong. He is always right.
Fifthly, The Bible says “The righteous are bold as a lion.” Consider quoting this often if you need more boldness to do God's will.
Lastly, consider doing a soft memorization of John 15:1-11.
John 15:11 ESV “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.”
Making a decision to “Live” the first 11 verses of John 15 is making a decision to “Find” the joy of the Lord.
Seek Him, have the right priorities, and you will find Him.

I unlocked it before the Venom bell mission and I usually turn up the difficulty ASAP. I’ve done that and a general mission (no Fallen villains though) at U3, and so far so good.
I usually consider turning down the difficulty when I have to use characters who I still have no decent cards for (ex. Marvel), and I’m worried about the Shattering Expectations mission. Primarily cos Marvel sucks a lot.
So when did you start playing consistently at this difficulty, if ever?

My husband and I went to Thanksgiving yesterday on his side of the family, and it was really weird. They are always really weird though. Do you remember when you were in middle school and showed up somewhere and could tell that the girls at the lunch table were talking about you when you got there? That's what it was like. But it's like that every time I see them, so part of me thinks that maybe they are all quiet. Making conversation with them is rough. Its so awkward for no reason. He always complains about going to his side of the family too. Yesterday he was like "let's just show face for an hour and then leave". I understand it's family, so you "have to" see them. Hi there! So here's the story, and sorry for the length!
My best friend (25F) and I (25F) have been best friends for about 8 years now since our college days. We both moved to a different city for college and hit it off right away. Although our personalities are quite the opposite. She's more extroverted (still struggles to make real friends) and I'm a bit more reserved and don't force myself to hang out or party with people I don't connect with (I have many good friends though)
Due to my budget restrictions during college days and earlier in my career, I could never take a fun trip with my best friend and she used to complain about that constantly (She comes from a relatively rich family). Due to this difference in finances, she used feel a bit ashamed of introducing me to her ex boyfriend's friends (all of them were from rich families). I had promised her that we'll definitely take an amazing trip before she gets married and infact I had saved enough just for her until her wedding came up.
A couple months before the wedding, she really needed my constant help and emotional support with all the wedding preps and I was more than happy to spend hours on that everyday.
One month before the big day, when her fiance was going on a bachelorette trip with his friends and cousins, I started pitching locations to her for our trip. What's also important to note here that she only has 2 close friends, me and another girl who couldn't come because she was abroad. So, I really wanted to ensure she doesn't feel low for not having too many friends around. I am definitely not the life of any party, but I am usually a very chill person to hang out with and am very adventurous, so always ready to try whatever.
She did enquire about specific activities we'll do on the trip and I was extremely open to anything she would want. She agreed and said let's book the tickets soon.
Just couple days later she called me and started discussing how hectic the dress shopping has become and she's concerned that us taking a trip right now would put even more pressure on the deadlines. She also mentioned that she doesn't want to risk eating outside and get pimples on her big day (the wedding was still a month away but okay). She basically was asking me to cancel the plan. I understood and dropped the plan.
A couple weeks before her wedding I flew to her hometown and stayed at her house to help her and the family with all sorts of preparations. Like I was really assisting everyone involved.
On the wedding night, at the party when everyone was drunk and enjoying themselves to the fullest, including me, I found out that my best friend told someone before the wedding, that she didn't go on her bachelorette trip with me because she didn't believe it would have been fun because I'm boring. And not like her fiance's friends who went to clubs and partied hard.
This broke my heart and crushed my soul. Like I said I am usually not someone who enjoys going to clubs, but for the trip I would've gone and partied just the way she wanted.
I was already exhausted from all the wedding preparations I was assisting her with and right after the wedding I find that she doesn't even enjoy my company.
After that, I distanced myself from her. We live in different cities so it's usual a call here and there once or twice every month while we used to talk almost every day before her wedding. We're still on cordial terms, but it doesn't feel the same as before.
Am I overreacting or it's okay for her to not want to go on a trip with me? Maybe I was never a best friend to her but more like the only option??

2024.11.29 16:29 Uchizaki Spike Chunsoft is responsible for the poor state of the game, not Bandai Namco.
They had five or six years to make a good game. We know Bandai Namco's deadlines can be terrible and very short, but 5 or 6 years is a very long time, especially when you're already building on a brand that's been around for many years. That's more production time than most AAA manufacturers have today.
They did not use this time to create a good, balanced, well thought-out game. This is a fact. I don't know what their priorities were, maybe nice graphics? because this one actually is nice. And that's the only thing that really worked in this game.
Of course, I hate Bandai Namco for what it did in the tournament in France, because it shouldn't have happened. But it wouldn't have happened if Spike had used the long production time to make a good game.
Let's not be afraid to say that the developers are responsible for the bad game.

Hello just wanted to hear your thoughts about this.
Nag apply ako early October sa company na 'to and had 2 rounds of interview (Initial and Final) supposedly dapat may assessment pa pero di na nila ako pinag take.
Both of my interviews went well naman then nung final interview ko sinabi nila sakin na magwait ng 2 weeks for the result since ako pa lang ang na interview nila. 2 weeks passed wala ako na receive na feedback hinayaan ko lang pero nung nakita ko na pinost ulit nila yung position nag try ako mag follow-up for closure (Almost 1 month na since nung nag final interview ako). They told me naman na finafinalize pa lang yung decision that day so I waited pa rin but this time I'm sending my resume na ulit sa ibang companies.
Just today nag text yung TA sakin if interested pa ba ako. I answered yes pero yung sagot nya lang is i align nya daw sa management yung sagot ko.
Tingin nyo ba tatanggapin nila ako or mag move on na talaga ako completely?
