Hi All,
Newbie to HTB here. I started going through the starting point labs and watching ippsec videos, but one of the issues i'm running in to is that after i do the labs, I can't figure out an easy way to find other machines that use similar vulnerabilities or skillsets to slightly increment my practice. Like if i finish a lab about SSTI, i'd like to do a few different boxes that have variants of that so i can practice that specific skillset and see what it looks like not just with the guided box. Because of this issue, basically every time i go to spin up a new box to try and practice what i've learned, it ends up being a skill i've never seen or heard of and I can never practice what i've learned. Is there way to filter machines by skillsets/vulnerabilities so I can target my practice to just the skills i've learned so far?

Hi All,
I have a short haul that I bought in April and we love. Last month, while my wife was riding with my son on the back, one of the pedals started to feel loose so she pulled over, and when I came to check it out the pedal had stripped itself from the crank to the point where it fell off when the bike was moved -- never seen that happen before.
Anyway, took it to the dealer who thought it must be a faulty part. They gave me the option option of paying myself for a new crank and pedals to get the bike back on the road, and then they'd submit the warranty info to Tern and reimburse me when it came back - otherwise I'd have to wait for Tern's approval. So I paid myself, and it's now been almost a month (work was done Nov 8), and nothing from Tern. I have followed up with dealer repeatedly, who is following up with Tern repeatedly and saying they are getting nothing. I have also followed up with Tern themselves twice, who tell me to either contact the dealer, or that they will get back to me.
How have other's warranty experiences been? I love everything about the bike, and the company seems great, so I'm surprised how not-great this warranty process is going. Even if they denied it (which would be a whole separate issue), I'd at least have something to work with, but how do they take a month to asses something? If I wasn't willing to pay out of pocket my bike would still be in the shop!

My son and I usually play at home and we are tired of tupperware terrain. We decided that tomorrow we're going to the hobby store to grab some foam and fashion it into buildings.
We have never done this before. I figured I would get some of that pink foam if they have it a Joann's or Michaels, then some adhesive and razor knives and just build.
If there is something I am missing, or better stuff to get, or easy ways to do this, I would love to know about it. We don't need anything super pretty and we don't want to break the bank.

Which would you all recommend? Same price on both, links are below. I don't NEED a gaming laptop but their specs are just usually superior and what I do want is a laptop that will still be somewhat relevant in 5-7 years. I like both but I haven't shopped for a computer in almost 10 years so I'm a bit out of the loop. I do believe this particular Zenbook has the Lunar Lake chip which should be much improved from the Meteor Lake chips? I would be using it mostly for general use as well as some 3d modeling and splicing for 3d printers, and some 3d map making programs. Maybe some light gaming, nothing like cutting edge AAA titles, I have a PS5 for that.

Hi there! I'm looking for any advice or input.
I work at a very small gallery, and arguably the most time consuming thing we have is putting labels up for the art. Typing up, formatting, and then aligning margins for easy trimming and mounting on foam core is extremely tedious, especially when people send us stuff that is all over the map. Everyone sends their information in five different ways and five different formats with the information all over the place. We aren't a commercial printshop but we have an Epson 9890 and my boss has a regular sheetfed printer at his house.
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a software we could use where the client could input data, not be able to edit or format and just give us the raw info, and ideally output to a formatted printable?
At a baseline I think I might try with Google forms, but if we sent it to someone, they'd have to be able to make new 'questions'. The crew is lean and we work fast so less time people spend messing with permission issues is mandatory. My next choice would probably be to start by just sending them a copy of a master Google sheet that, when we got it back, we could plug into whatever we use to format the labels. (Normally this is Photoshop but word is also available.) A lot of the folks we work with, however, aren't extremely computer savvy, which is why I would love to figure out a way for them to just plug in the data and it go to where we can use it.
The info we have to capture is this:
[Art Title (italicized) Artist (bold) Medium with the first letter capitalized Year made (XXXX)
Optional description.]
These are typically printed on regular paper, 7" wide always with varying height depending on the description though we try to limit these variances. At least .5" border top and left. We usually print it off of Photoshop so we can also make outlines that allow us to evenly cut the foam core after it's mounted.
Sorry if this is too much context, I appreciate your time! In short, my goal is this:
-Client inputs data somewhere that is accessible and simple, like forms. -Data is organized at least in a sheet so everything is in the right order and we're able to capture raw text without them trying to do any weird formatting we have to correct or putting it in a way we can't just copy paste text. Conditional formatting a plus? (baseline) -Ideally, data is then output to something we can print easily that is already formatted. If edits to the stored data showed up live in the formatted version, even better. Is this possible to format even in sheets? How would it account for new "entries"?
I hope this makes sense! Programs I have access to are Google Suite, Inkscape, and Photoshop. Can get others, free is best but I can present any info to ask for money. I have a love hate relationship with Canva but I could be convinced if someone with more experience thinks it could be helpful, lol!

It was thriving for several weeks while being propagated, and seemed completely fine until yesterday. I started seeing signs of possible root rot, so I trimmed the leaves showing signs of it (brown/wilting) and made sure the soils was dry. Woke up this morning to this 😓 The whole stem turned brown, with some white hairs or something on the stem. All of these leaves looked healthy last night...

2024.11.29 16:40 One_Chic_Chick Facebook trying to send confirmation code to WhatsApp instead of my cell phone?
Starting this morning, Facebook logged me out of messenger and when I tried to log back in, it said it would send a message to "my" WhatsApp. It showed the last few digits of the number and they match my actual cell number, but it didn't send anything to my cell phone.
I am certain I never selected WhatsApp as a backup login option because I don't have a WhatsApp, and I've received login codes via text message plenty of times before. I was able to log back into messenger by changing my password via browser and restarting my phone, but now when I try to check my Facebook security via desktop it wants me to get a code from WhatsApp. Is this a glitch? When I was changing my password earlier I checked, and it listed my phone number as linked to a text message, not WhatsApp. I didn't even see an option to select WhatsApp as a backup for 2FA.
My original problem is solved, but now I'm concerned if it happens again I'll get locked out of Facebook via desktop as well. I saw a post ~6 months ago about this issue but it didn't look like there was ever a complete explanation as to what was going on.

I work for a telemedicine startup company and have for the past year. There were a few red flags initially like not covering tail and supervising 5 mid levels but I was so burnt out from my PCP job that I just took this.
I flagged some issues earlier this year that we were not meeting several State Medical board regulation requirements. I may have to self report this to medical board! The company is now doing an audit. I'm planning to leave soon because of all of this but not before I get the results of the audit. They're acting like it's no big deal, and says it's just part of the risk we have to take (just my risk, of course) and I'm so upset.
Has anyone else been in this situation? I'm really scared about what will happen to my licenses and not sure what to do. I've been keeping a record of all the things they have overlooked. Any advice?

Since I formatted my PC to install W11 24H2, I've only had one problem and it's the damn Ryzen Master, the first time I installed it, I only got to that ugly window of extracting .msi files, but the typical installation window for each AMD program didn't appear, then, after installing and reinstalling it like 6 times without success to get it to work, one day I uninstalled it and left it aside, but guess what
The damn program can't be uninstalled correctly either, every day I do the same thing and it doesn't uninstall, so far, it's the only problem I've had with W11 24H2, I don't know what to do.
Oh, I also get a CMD window when I start my PC, although not every time, it's not a virus because I've already ruled it out with malwarebytes and karsperky, and I don't install anything that isn't official or consume adult pages.
Could all this be just for installing W11 24H2 via cloud and not USB?
