There isn’t a single Arab country that truly inspires us. The few that are successful are small and heavily reliant on abundant natural resources that fueled their development. Even Dubai, often held as a model, was bailed out by Abu Dhabi’s oil wealth just a few years ago.
Who can we look up to after the Arab Spring? The list of Arab countries without oil and gas is already short. Narrow it down to those that are stable and it becomes even shorter. And if we focus only on countries with long-term visions and meaningful progress the list shrinks to what? Zero? Maybe one or two? Morocco? Jordan?
Wouldn’t it inspire and motivate us if we could point to an example and say, ‘Look at X or Y—if they can do it, why can’t we?’
It’s simply sad.

Hallo Leute,
kurz gesagt:
Zwei mal in der Woche Berufsschule, jeweils 6x mal 45Minuten pro Tag (von 8Uhr bis 13Uhr).
Arbeitgeber verlangt einen Tag noch 5 Stunden zu arbeiten. Das heißt 5 Stunden Schule und 5 Stunden Arbeit am gleichen Tag. Ich muss auch eine Stunde zurück von der Schule fahren. In der Arbeit habe ich keine Pause.
So läuft das seit 4 Monaten. Wollte nur wissen ob es richtig bzw. erlaubt ist. Ich bin auch unter 18, also minderjährig.

Like the title says I was wondering how crowded are the store in the Allianz Arena and museum on matchays. I will be going to the game against Heidenheim next week, while it's not my first trip to Munich or first time at the stadium, I have never attempted to go to the store or museum on a matchday. Is it better to go and get another day or will it be fine on matchday ?

I am doing the Stanford CS224N course. One of the questions in the assignment is:
Compute the partial derivative of J_naive-softmax(v_c, o, U ) with respect to v_c.
I included a screenshot of the function in question.

I don't need the answer to this question, as I solved it myself. However, the answers to this "partial derivative" is actually a vector. Shouldn't it then be worded differently, e.g. "Compute the gradient"? Are the authors just being careless with terminology?
