For starters, I do like my roommate as a person and I do care for her dog. Moving in the one and only boundary I stressed is train your dog. Her dog is huge and is constantly tearing up the trash and has torn up at least over $500 worth of my items as well as my grief journal I’ve written to my dead fiancé in for the past 5 years. I drew the line when the dog started going into my room when the door was closed and got into my 🍄 box so now the dog is kenneled when no one is home. She does not clean up after the dog like she should. The floors are constantly covered in dirt and my rug is covered in dog hair. The dog got into the trash when I was sleeping and now I get to wake up to this mess:). Not sure what to do excepted just move out when my lease ends in April.

 | Wanted more boxes to give as gifts so I can win Christmas with my friends. I scored two on Monday but figured today wouldn't be as easy so woke up at 5:30 and got there at 6:30. Felt like an idiot when I was the only person there and it gave me pause.. "what the hell am I doing.. I'm the male version of Stanley cups.. everything I hate". Low and behold, around 6:45 a line formed. It got about twice as long as my third pic and basically everyone in line wanted the boxes. I managed to get 4 because I brought my 12 year old and gave him $20 bucks with the instructions "pretend you don't know me". I felt a bit bad because I wasn't sure everyone in line would get them but they did. I've been seeing methods of doing astral projection and I thought I'd share mine. What helps me is that after about 3 hours of sleep, I wake up every time. After that cycle, I usually do it once or twice in the morning when my body is more rested. I can't do it exactly when I feel like it, so to speak, but under these conditions. The idea is to try your own variations, not necessarily what others say and see what suits you, because I've tried many methods and at one point I even gave up like "I can't do it, that's it", but you have to find your own variation. The moment you feel it happening, let the other force take over, let it take you out of your body as it wants. At first you may come out through different methods helped by that force, and along the way you will see which one suits you best. What else can I say for the beginning is to have trust, because you are protected, and if necessary, until you get used to it, you will be helped by guides, by a force that will lead you to different places/show you certain things. The idea is to try to forget all the teachings you have; the induced fears. nothing happens to you, because you are constantly under protection. things like "negative entities that will attack you", it's fear that materializes. or things like "I'm going to die", there's no way that could happen. every night, every dream, it's astral projection. every time you've come back, why? because no "entity" can take your place, break that thread, nothing. everything about this side, it's just a contract between you and the rest of the entities. I say these things because I'm tired of seeing things like "you can die/be attacked by negative energies". no. how many times have you had nightmares, experiences with demons and each time you woke up to reality? everything is the manifestation of your own fear, because all the feelings you have, materialize in the second. the idea itself is to experiment on your own, and when you get to that point, trust yourself and the guides, that nothing bad will happen to you. I've astral projected enough times to say these things.

I’m not sure what my “real” fasting number is considering it fluctuates between the 8-12 hour window. I’ve been testing out what my numbers are and after 8hrs it was 109, 9.5hrs 114 and 10.5 hrs 91. The day before it was 101 at 8 hrs then 91 at 9hrs.
My doctor wants me to track my numbers for another week before considering insulin, so I’m a little confused on which numbers to provide her. Anyone else have experience with this?
