Help! Weird Cycle?

I am cycling a 3 gallon tank for neocaridina, I had this tank before but due to a parasite had to completely restart it, when I started cycling it I used tap water with seachem prime. I seeded the filter with the sponge filter from a 75 gallon fully cycled and mature tank.
Unfortunately I had aquatic snails in this tank prior to cycling and have no other viable places for them to live as all other tanks would result in their death / the death of another animal as of result of them being there. Due to this they had the best chances of survival in this tank during the cycle, so I’ve left them there, they are completely alive and well however I mention this as I wonder if they’ve impacted the cycle at all.
At the beginning when i tested the next day the ammonia was completely zero but the nitrates and nitrites were at the top end of my API test kit, over the next week or two this stayed the same until a couple of days ago when ammonia started going up (.25 ppm max) and nitrites and nitrates are going down. I’ve never had a cycle start where ammonia tested 0 and nitrites and nitrates were high the NEXT day, I also don’t know what’s going on with the ammonia being higher now.
Can someone tell me what’s going on??

2024.11.29 17:27 Safe-Session8878 Finally decided to file a police report, but I'm about to move across the county
The event took place in 2019 by my cousin. I'm extremely ashamed that I didn't report it sooner, but he'd told me he's "connected" with all police and fire workers in the area, and I wouldn't be believed. He was visiting the state I lived in for a wedding, left to perform the attack while I was in bed, then he went back to the wedding. His wife confirmed this timeline because she bought him the plane ticket. Yes, they are still together and have three adolescent girls in the house.
After much therapy, last year I told his mother, sister and wife. They all believed me. I told them because I learned he brutally SA'd another female cousin of mine when they were both underage. They vehemently denied that story (my poor cousin tried to kill herself because of the attack). Now I've been cut out of the family as well.
Yesterday I called the police precinct in the town where it happened. They said I need to report it there in person, but since he lives in a different state, that could "complected things." I also stayed that I'm about to move to a different state as well (this move came about suddenly) and could have difficulty traveling back to the original state where the attack occurred. (The Sgt. Said I may need to return if the case moves to the prosecutors office. )
I don't know what to do. Do I go report it, and risk not being able to travel back if they need me to? Or if him being out of state will somehow prevent the report from properly going through?

SPX should have delivered our parcel this Nov 29 but never came to our house. The rider then posted a failed delivery status with proof that shows a text message that tells the rider to reschedule but that text message is not even my mom's number. It's other people's number and not the number na ginamit for my mom's account. Nakakadisappoint lang kasi yung mother ko naghintay sa bahay for the whole day excited for delivery pero wala rin naman palang dumating. Sana sinabi nalang ng rider na di sya makakapag deliver.
TL;DR: The rider sent himself a false reschedule SMS using a different number just to justify non-delivery as shown in the screenshot the rider provided.

is there a way to play a DV file with the DV metadata stripped away?
Someone Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought DV/HDR was just an extra layer of metadata?
Why can't I play the file just with the "base" version (regular color range), just discarding the DV data?
Or do I have to convert it first? Is there software that can convert on the fly?
