They also gave Striker screen time which already meant that the episode was good, and it was.

Hi, this is my first post on this subreddit. I have been (knowingly) dealing with OCD for the past few years and am in the process of getting a diagnosis. I’ve previously had therapy for it but not been back for a while.
Recently I’ve been having really awful OCD episodes to do with black magic and spirits. Often I’ll read something on the internet to do with magic and it will send me spiralling into a frenzy of depression and re-assurance seeking (for reference, I am a practicing Muslim and have grown up in a pretty Muslim family).
These episodes are often debilitating and quite terrifying, as I become paranoid that I’ve somehow unintentionally summoned a spirit or cursed my self or introduced spirits into the house. It’s really scary and tho these phases only last a few days, I simply can’t function while they’re happening. Unfortunately, the only person I feel comfortable talking to about this specific theme is my significant other, and I feel guilty and selfish about making her have to deal with this every time when she has so much already going on in her life.
An example of this is I went onto this instagram account for a death metal band account and it had all this satanic imagery full of weird symbols and long captions that looked like spells. It really freaked me out and I’m still in the midst of an episode as I write this.
This is more of a vent, but I just want to have people listen to me without feeling like a burden. Also I feel like I can’t find anyone experiencing this same theme which just makes me feel more alone.
