I’m not positive of my last period, I was on a progesterone pill (BC) for about 3-4 weeks, and was having a period every 1-1.5 weeks. The craziness that came with was not conducive to my life so I stopped taking it around Oct 20th. I haven’t had a period since. Had unprotected sex Nov 15 and saw clear sticky (ovulation discharge) the following morning Nov 16th, still went ahead and took a Plan B Nov 16th. Fast forward to Nov 25, I have one wipe of light pink discharge in the morning. Identical to the implantation bleeding of my first pregnancy. Then the 26th one wipe of a glob of light brown discharge, the 27th nothing to report, then the 28th slight brown discharge on wipes after restroom. Throughout that time it was all minimal and nothing enough to end up on underwear, only wiping after bathroom. Now today the 29th I’m experiencing red/pink/brown spotting, not heavy, but more than any of the other days. During these days I’ve also noticed frequent urge to pee, two days of headaches, aching down there, and low back ache. None of the symptoms have been severe but the headaches were definitely moderate. I really thought I was pregnant but have got negative tests 25-29th now. Has anyone experienced similar? Was it just plan b side effects? I’ve never had side effects, bleeding, or anything out of the usual after plan B. I’m also super heavy flow and have unfortunately never experienced a light period a day in my life.

I want to share my political ideology with you liberals and socialists here. It's a very simple ideology, and I think it offers are much more persuasive rebuttal to conservatism than anything you liberals can articulate.
Part 1: The problem with liberalism.
Liberals and conservatives do not share the same values. They don't reason through moral issues in the same way. That's why they talk past each other, and will never agree on anything.
Liberals reason about morals and rights in terms of equality. They start with the presumption that all people are fundamentally equal, in spite of the individual differences. This presumption naturally leads to a lot of conclusions that liberals like:
- Men and women, in spite of their individual differences, are entitled to the same right to vote, same freedom of movement through society, and even equal pay for equal work.
- Black people, in spite of their different skin color and ethnic origins, are entitled to the same rights that white people have always taken for granted.
- Same-sex couples and opposite-sex couples are, in spite of their differences, fundamentally equal and entitled to the same rights as one another.
- Rich and poor are entitled to the same high-quality education in spite of one groups ability to outmuscle the other group for limited seats in schools and colleges.
- Men and women are unequal because of their individual differences. Unequal people don't get equal rights. So there's no inherent contradiction in a conservative society where men have a right to vote, but not women; men have complete freedom of movement, but not women; men get paid more. Conservatives believe a society ruled by men is Good, and society that permits women to rule as equals along side men is Bad.
- Blacks and whites are unequal because in their individual differences. Unequal people don't get equal rights. So there's no inherent contradiction in a society that that subjugates black people to the will of whites. Conservatives believe a white ethnostate is Good, and racial diversity is Bad, and equality between the races is unattainable pipedream that white conservatives oppose at all costs.
- Same-sex couples are Bad, opposite-sex couples are good.
- Good people are rewarded with wealth and power beyond anyone's wildest dreams; poors should be grateful to prop up these Good rich people to lead the rest of us Bad poors to salvation.
Liberals and conservatives can't agree because their moral views are just orthogonal to each other. Liberals talk about equality; while Conservatives view the world in terms of Good people driving out the Bad people.
Liberals, you're never going to convince a conservative that bad things deserve equal treatment to good things. It's never going to happen. Just stop trying.
Part 2: The rebuttal to conservatism
If you want to rebut conservativism, you need a new way to talk to conservatives. I think the best, and simplest ideology is the Golden Rule: treat people how they treat you, tit-for-tat.
- Treat liberals how they treat you.
- Treat conservatives how they treat you.
- Treat socialists how they treat you.
- Treat fascists how they treat you.
- Treat libertarians how they treat you.
- Treat Democrats how they treat you.
- Treat Republicans how they treat you.
- Treat gay people how they treat you.
- Treat homophobes how they treat you.
- Treat trans people how they treat you.
- Treat transphobes how they treat you.
- Treat your neighbors how they treat you.
- Treat your family how they treat you.
- Treat every single person exactly how they treat you.
In practice, this means:
- If you smile at me, I'll smile at you.
- If you get to know me, I'll get to know you.
- If you joke around with me, I'll joke around with you.
- If you scratch my back, I'll scratch your back.
- If you're my biggest champion, I'll be your biggest champion.
- If you live and let live with me, I'll live and let live with you.
- If you push me around, I'll push you back.
- If you bully me, I'll bully you harder.
- If you flick me in the nose, I'll poke you in the eye.
- If I'm an undesirable in your world, I'll treat you as an undesirable in mine.
- If you escalate hostility against me, I'll escalate hostility with you.
- If you impose your cruelty on me, I'll impose my cruelty on you.
- If you drive me out of your society, I'll drive you out of your my society first.
- If you take anything from me, I'll take everything from you.
- If they back from you, you back down from them.
- If they are willing to maintain a civil society that includes the contributions of wonderful people like you, then you maintain a civil society that includes the contributions of people like them.
- If they live and let live with you, you live and let live with them.

My doctor prescribed me loperamid 3x/week, which are the 3 days i travel to work. But I read that you cannot take loperamid often as it is like a benzo or something similar.
Today i asked him about it and he said you’re not supposed to take it often, but it is the only solution he has.
Is there another medicine? I only have straight diarrhea. No pain, no constipation. I wonder if i have IBS at all.

There are two people in my home and two cats. One cat is a newer addition that we got 5 months ago. I like to sleep with my door open because cats, but this one will leave my bedroom to go cry in the living room or down the stairs at the front door. The crying gets worse if one of us leaves. If I grab her and lock her in my room she sleeps peacefully without complaint. I don't know why giving her the freedom to roam the house at night puts her in such distress.

2024.11.29 17:31 Ken-Suggestion Guidance on installing new electrical outlets in 1960's home? Missing in some very key and convenient places. Also interested in adding LV/Data outlets for phone, coax, and ethernet ports (mostly the ethernet ports). Help would be sincerely appreciated.
Currently living in mom's side of the family family's home built in the 1960s. Fairly large house but for the last 3 decades or so it was just my Grandma and an Aunt, the whole bottom floor fell into disrepair and not too much was done to remodel the house or make it too much more modern through the decades. She passed last year and I am living there now working on fixes, repairs, and updates.
I am interested in installing some new electrical outlets in key places. The downstairs patio/deck does not have an outlet, there is a giant bar no longer in use that will eventually ideally become a kitchenette with not a single outlet on it or even near it, the laundry room which is fairly large has outlets midway up the wall for some reason (these are normal 2x 15A receptacles away from where the washer and dryer hookup are located), and other missing necessities and oddities. I would like to learn to add outlets and do so.
This not work I've done before but I am electrical engineer (who has never dealt with in residential wiring). Additionally my uncle who partially owns the home is a retired contractor and firefighter. So we have that going for us - but these are things I would like to take initiative on and do and learn with him as a resource of course.
Can anyone instruct me on the process? Provide me guidance or point me to some very good resources that show how to accomplish this?
I would also like to add some low voltage outlets for data primarily ethernet, maybe phone and coax. My main concerns with how to do those are fishing wires through walls or generally getting them where they need to be. With the telephone and electrical also I'm not sure where I start the run from or where I might be able to tap into existing wiring.

Hey everyone, I am writing here because I hope you can help me finding a quick and easy way to colorize a black liner drawing. Honestly I barely have a clue about digital art and just need this for a private project. So basically I drawed some line art (similarly to my examples) and now want to import it to my mac and colorize it. Maybe also have the possibility to correct/delete some lines.
My question is is there a (free) and easy to use tool where I can for example select different colors/textures of that picture and adapt it to certain areas of my drawing so that it looks like I also used felt pens (like in the example mostly). ?

My A1 is arriving today - Black Friday gift to myself. I had several 3D printers but had to sell them when I moved several months ago, but kept my old Ender 3V2. It's not worth the effort any longer. I'm finally moving to a new place - the Bambu is going in before my bed. You know, priorities! Needed something affordable and simple for personal use. Anyway, I have a lot of experience with 3D printers - but all open source (Crealty, Flsun, Anycubic and others.) So with the Bambu, what's the deal on nozzles and print beds? Do they have to be Bambu? Is the stuff on Ali any good? Suggestions and comments welcome! I sold my printers - but I kept my 300 rolls of filament.....

This is aspen bedding with some of her old bedding from the pet store mixed in. It should be here on December 9th, is this okay until then? There's a lid too, i just didnt put it on yet.
