I (22M) have been best friends with “Jake” (23M) since high school. Jake has always identified as straight and has even poked fun at me being gay when we were younger—nothing overtly hateful, but stuff like, “You’re lucky I’m secure in my masculinity, bro,” or “Don’t fall in love with me, haha.”
Recently, Jake went through a bad breakup with his girlfriend of three years. He was heartbroken and turned to me for support. We started hanging out more, and one night, after a few too many drinks, things got kinda intimate. He kissed me first, and I was shocked. But I went with it because I’ve always had a low-key crush (I'm practically in love) on him. One thing led to another, and we ended up sleeping together.
The next morning, Jake completely freaked out. He apologized over and over, saying it was a mistake, that he was just drunk, and that he’s “definitely not gay.” I told him it was fine, but I was hurt, not just because he brushed it off, but because it felt like he was ashamed of what happened.
Since then, he’s been distant. When I tried to talk to him, he shut me down and said I should “forget it ever happened.” That hurt even more. I felt used, like I was just an experiment or a way for him to cope with his breakup.
Here’s where it gets messy: a few days ago, we were at a party with mutual friends, and someone jokingly asked if Jake and I had ever hooked up. Jake laughed and said, “No way, I'd never do anything with a guy,” and added some rude comment like "I have standards. I'd never be that desperate.” I saw red.
Without thinking, I said, “Well, that’s funny, because you didn’t seem to have any last weekend.”
The room went painfully and awkwardly silent. Jake stormed out, and now everyone knows. Some of our friends are saying I was out of line for outing him, but others think he had it coming after the way he treated me. Jake hasn’t spoken to me since, and I’m starting to feel guilty.

Hi! Im in the US and health insurance (Kaiser) only covers two ultrasounds - one during the first trimester, and one during the second. It seems like some people in other countries get more ultrasounds from their doctors, and some people in the US/UK do elective ultrasounds at special clinics
Curious (especially STMs) if the elective ultrasounds are worth it? I’m a FTM and it seems annoying to pay and go to one of those fussy clinics, but I’m also pretty surprised that I’ll only have two sonograms the whole pregnancy.

I was wondering about the situation for transgender people in Prospera. Are cross sex hormones easily available and cheap prices (black market hormones here are hella cheap, legal ones are unnecessarily expensive and restricted)? Or what about surgeries like SRS or FFS? There are a lot of legal hoops trans people have to jump through where I live and regulations appear to be creating unnecessary costs with transiton care. I know prospera has become known for biomedical innovation so just wanted to know about the state of trans care.

I don't know what to do. I have tried all the advice people gave me and nothing has worked. I fele bad for not being able to beat him but I just wnat to beat the dang game at this point.
Orphan of Kos had me struggling but that was a good fight because at least you knew what you were doing wrong. This fight I don't know what I am doing wrong. I used Valtr, well I used to. I ran out of insight and I am not running through another dungeon just to get 6 more.
Then I decided to do it myself with bolt paper, got to the 3rd phase once, but then even if I time his attacks, somehow or another I get critically hit. Heck, some of them aren't even directly on me. Then his visceral (this ticked me off the most). You can have a small window to visceral attack him and yet you have to do it at the front? For whatever reason it doesn't work on the back.
I have stayed close to him, it got me killed because I couldn't see some of his attacks. I defended myself against him, that got me killed because his range somehow got me from far away even though his arms aren't long enough for that. I used Valtr, that got me killed because he dies in Phase 3 where I need him the most. Someone told me to stay close on phase 3, worst advice I was given in that fight. So I have tried everything, even the Hunter's Bone and Bolt Paper. Nothing works. So yeah, I hate to say it but I think I am just gonna let that demon rot in his nightmare pit forever alone.
