I've been doing a Dance-era run as the Velaryons and I've noticed a problem twice now. Despite conquering Pentos, founding a new Kingdom, building a dragon pit in Artisanal Way, and repeatedly ensuring all my dynasty's dragons are stored there- they still go wild when their riders die. Meleys and Vhagar both went wild when Rhaenys and Laena died. They popped up over near Pentos though, which would imply that the game somehow understands they were present there.
Has anyone encountered this before? So far my only theory is that because the special port building in Artisanal Way is disabled due to it not being my primary title, somehow the dragon pit is being disabled.

So I am 33(F) (no kids) divorced and looking for arranged marriage with a divorced guy. Recently I got a proposal from a guy. He is divorced 41(M) (no kids). I am okay with the age difference since I am also in my early thirtees. It so happened that a marriage bureau connected us. Our biodatas were shared and we both liked each other.
Now, he went to another city due to some work and the marriage bureau people actually told him to connect fast and he wanted to take some time and come back before connecting. Actually my mom doesnt use smartphone as she is not able to operate that. So she uses that old small phone only for calling.
So, then I received a msg from him on whatsapp stating his name. He wanted to speak to my mom first (his parents are no more- so he wanted to speak) as usually we follow this pattern in arranged marriage. So he made a whatsapp call on my number since my mom doesnt have whatsapp. Now, I was wondering that why he did a whatsapp call. They spoke for sometime and my mom liked his nature.
And then he also said that marriage bureau people were rushing and he is out for work. So my mom said that once he is free, then he can connect. Now, next day he msged me and started some general conversation and he said he will speak to my mother again because that day they couldnt speak completely and then he wants to talk to me also. I felt fine with all this.
Then again he said he will do whatsapp call once I reach home from work and talk to my mother. I told him to call on my mother's number and he said thathe cant call directly. When I asked the reason, he said that he has not done recharge as he wants to close this number and buy a new number soon (may be when he returns back to the city). I just okay and didnt react much. He also called my mom and then my mom said once he comes back, we will fix a meeting.
Now, one thing that is really disturbing me is that 'recharge' thing which he said because he is well settled and also financially good. Also, doing recharge is such a basic thing which costs few bucks. So, it just gave me a thought that is he so kanjoos (miser). Or am I thinking too much? Otherwise, my mom found him decent while talking and even on msg he was good to talk to me. But I am not able to stop thinking about it.
I just want to know that am I thinking too much? Or its actually something to notice. Since its my second marriage, I dont want to take any risks.

Now in the phone app, a black bar giving me the option to log into the alternative address blocks the bottom of the screen, covering the Reply option on messages.
How can I get rid of the black bar?
