2024.11.29 17:43 Medium-Storage-2252 Same line/SIM but new phone gets low 5g speed. Useless support chat.
I got my wife a new factory-unlocked Galaxy a15, and moved the Warp SIM from her old phone to the new phone. Calls and texts work okay but speed tests revealed speeds of only approximately 30 Mbps. It isn't a problem with location or something like that, because my OnePlus phone gets speeds over 250.
Chat support wasted my time having me try MyTechSuite app to create alternate APNs. But the app did not work on my phone, no saved APNs could be found on my phone, and my phone is suppressing adding APNs.
They did have me try something that to me is quite indicative, and that was to put my wife's SIM in my OnePlus phone. Lo and behold, the 5G speed was just as crappy as it was on the Samsung. That tells me the problem is not about APNs. Follow up emails from support this morning want me to go through the same exercises all over again. I think that's Einstein's definition of insanity, about doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results. They also suggested trying the other 2 carriers, which is absurd, considering my 5g speeds on the OnePlus phone.
I can really use some assistance with the support here.

The idea of the game is similar to that of War Thunder and a Roblox game known as Cursed Tank Simulator. The user can buy different tank hulks, turrets, cannons and secondaries and then mix and match everything to their liking to create whatever wacky tank they want. For example if they really wanted to they could make an M4 Sherman with the cannon of an Abrams and a 20mm autocannon as its secondary. There are basically no limits to how they can customize the stuff besides what mounts the hulls and turrets have. Example an M4 Sherman turret would have a primary cannon mount, coaxial secondary gun mount, roof mounted secondary gun mount. Its not just hull turret cannon and secondaries they can mix match but they can also choose different suspension types such as interweaved road wheels like on the tiger I or HVSS suspension like on an actual suspension. The player can also customize the armor such as the great Russian strategy of slapping on Explosive Reactive Armor onto their tanks, so on. The player can either use these tanks they make in a campaign where they fight other AI tanks wave after wave in levels that get progressively harder and they get rewards for each kill or they can go into Player VS Player and fight other people's creations that have a similar Armaments to them (like war thunders battle rating system) so that it's a decently even match and they get rewards for each kill, kill assist, and point capture.
TLDR the player can customize pretty much everything about tanks and make historical or stupidly cursed tanks and fight other players with it or go in campaign and fight against AI
Payment is primarily revenue share but I can also pay in USD every now and then depending on what money I have leftover from bills. Just comment if you are interested in helping I need programmers, modellers, sound effect artists really everything lmao.
