Hello,
I'm looking to relocate as I've spent 7 years isolated (now 25), grinding it out. I'm looking to move to a place I can actually start a life, hopefully find a partner, raise a family, and continue to build.
I've spent 1+ year in each city; LA, NYC, and Miami. I love LA but I was there 2018-Pre Covid 2020. I've heard a lot has changed but I've yet to be back, I'm going back in January. LOVE NYC but you need tons of money to enjoy life there - I'm just not there yet I don't think. Miami is cool but I find the way wealth is "enjoyed" there can be cringey - gold Lambos, diamond glasses, etc. I'd perfer Boca or Palm Beach but its seems that's for older people primarily.
Where do you guys live and why? Would you start over somewhere else?

- I took a house modifier Charismatic Socialites for +1 personal schemes, but can't use extra sway while learn a language. But he default +2/+1 stewardship option works well for me.
- +1 hostile scheme for Servant's Quarters estate upgrade works well then?
- How to usurp a family estate if I have vassals without lands?
- Why so much hype about influence if it can easily be taken from any vassal or courtier with a scheme completed within a month? I got 2000+ points while waging a civil war, cut them from vassals.
- Private prison give +10% to overall income per hostage? Should be OP then, Suppose, it gives +10% max.

RA beginner here.
I’ve been trying to sync my iOS devices so that they share save states thru the automated shortcuts that have been well-documented on this sub (thanks for those! ✌️)
My issue is that my exporting devices always sync an .srm file, but my importing device is always looking for a .state file when I’m trying to resume my game on that device.
Is there a way to force RA to load an .srm rather than a .state file? Conversely, is there a way to force RA to generate and sync a .state file?

I’m so tired of it. I love with my parents and, for the life of them, they can’t stop spanking the dogs when they do something wrong. They yell, and say who did this, and it’s really hard to listen to. Recently got a new puppy, trying to find a home for her, well she used the restroom in the house. My mom spanked her and threw her into a room with no heat when it was 38 degrees. This is normal for her. I really hope someone grabs the pup, I don’t want her to become like our other animals. (.. but please don’t ask, you likely aren’t around here and I don’t think it would go well). She overfeeds everything to obesity, and when I confronted her about one of the dogs she said she wasn’t over feeding her - but she calls her the whole bakery and knows very well she’s overweight. Same for all the cats and other dog. It’s so frustrating. Oh, and did I mention she emotionally and intellectually neglected me? No? Well that tops the cake doesn’t it! The worst part is that I feel trapped and can’t do anything about this, I can’t even move out because I have no education in bills or how to get a job. Also I brought up that I thought I was autistic and she brushed it off, but then when an adult brings it up all of a sudden she believes me and gives me credit? Like what? Now insisting my minds brilliant and that I NEED to go to college despite me not wanting to, a college for neurodivergents at that when we don’t even have a diagnosis. Like what? I don’t even know her plan there, she can’t do basic research and expects me to when I really don’t even want to go and just.. I’m sick of it all. Having suicidal thoughts but can’t do anything about it, I refuse to be in pain. (Lucky me I guess, don’t go saying there’s more to life it’s not like I’m going to do it). Here lately I’m losing my temper with them and I feel like the bad guy when they tell me I’m rude but I can’t help it at this point. We also love with my grandmother and sister, that’s three generations in the same house which is unusual around here. I feel trapped and drained with my only relief being the internet where my partner is but he has a life and can’t be there when I want him to be and I don’t have many friends I can hang out with most of the time. Oh, about friends. I haven’t seen someone in person for about two years now, I’m bringing him over tomorrow and despite my best efforts they just keep thinking he’s my boyfriend. To them, I don’t have a boyfriend and I’ve told them I might not ever get one. But my dad won’t stop suggesting he’s my boyfriend and this morning my sister offered to do my hair and for some reason my mom, who isn’t here, seems to want to be involved (asking why he’s not coming today when I said tomorrow, asking about his drivers liscense because he’s around my age which, if it were my she would have questioned, saying “don’t let him hurt my animals” when she herself spanks the dogs, not saying anything to my dad when I’m VERY CLEARLY irritated with my dads remarks. Speaking of that! I’m working on an overflow for my aquarium, I haven’t been taught anything so I have to rely on my dad and I’ve said where the leak may be and he gets snappy when he doesn’t see it, then comes back in “I found the leak” right where I said it was and gives no credit. He’s failed 4 times now. 5th times the charm? I’m so frustrated with everything honestly, I could use some words. Even complain about how stupid it is with me, maybe I’m seeking validation I don’t know.

I need some help guys, and figured the Reddit gods could shine down and come through like normal.
Long story, short - What do I do with old powder, primers, raw brass, bullets, etc.?
Long story, long - After my dad passed, I’ve been cleaning out my parents’ house. It’s just my wife and I, and it’s taken 3 years, but we’re coming down to the last of it. When I was a kid, my dad reloaded his own plinking ammo (9mm, .45ACP, .38 SPL, .357 Mag, and .44 Mag only).
The dyes, press, etc. are long gone, but I still have two cabinets full of misc. powder (still in their cans), primers, raw brass, new bullets, and I don’t know what to do with it. I’ve already talked to PD and FD, neither of them take it, and I obviously can’t take it to the dump with the rest of the shit.
I haven’t gone down the reloading rabbit hole yet, but even if I did, I don’t know how much I would trust it. I know that stuff doesn’t really go bad, but it’s all been sitting in a wood cabinet he built out of plywood, in a Texas garage, for the past 30+ years.
Anyone got any ideas?

NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) is a HUGE trade show of all things musical. There are lots of instrument manufacturers that show (and sell) their instruments at large discounts.
I haven't gone in years, but I am going this year and would love to meet up with people. Typically, I pick up a violin, bow or some other weird instrument/accessory.
