Hey everyone,
I work from home five days a week, usually for 7-9 hours a day. Lately, I've been experiencing consistent back pain and discomfort, which seems to vary in intensity and location each day. Some days it's my spine, other days it's my lower back, or somewhere else entirely.
I've tried improving my posture by following ergonomics tips from YouTube, but the pain persists. I suspect it might have something to do with my chair. It's an old one—I've been using it for about five years now—and it's definitely not an ergonomic model.
Do you think upgrading my chair would solve the issue, or could it be something else, like needing more regular breaks or exercise? Also, if anyone knows of good stores in Kochi where I can purchase a quality ergonomic chair, I'd really appreciate your recommendations.

Preordered and paid $120. Barely get to play because I have a son and I’m always at work and busy and when I jump on ranked it’s the same 8 fuckers and why can’t I ever block, use perception, or even use basic counters? This game is fucking annoying and all I wanna do is have fun. The other modes are too fucking boring. I like fighting others but I literally can’t even win because my controls aren’t responsive.

We recently rescued a 5 month old, female kitten and after introducing her to our resident 4 year old male, he has started to bit the scruff of her neck and stand over her.
We have broken them up each time but it is becoming more frequent. The kitten doesn’t seem to be in pain or stressed when this happens and outside of this, they are sleeping near eachother and generally seem quite playful, chasing eachother around.
They both follow eachother around as well.
Is this sexual? Or a dominance thing? Should we let it run its course or do things to mitigate?
Any advice is appreciated, thanks .

One of Hello Neighbors fatal flaws is that its widely considered to have changed the story for the final game, leaving the original a mystery.
I disagree. In fact I think the idea was always there.
For some context; the story of Hello Neighbor (well, the origins at least) follow your Neighbor, Theodore Peterson with a wife and two kids, Aaron and Maya. The Wife dies and the family is torn apart. Aaron is ridden with angst and accidentally pushes his sister off the roof, killing her. Mr. Peterson locks Aaron in the basement out of fear for losing him too, buries Maya in the back yard, and proceeds to post missing posters that hides the truth.
Okay, with that said. How was that at all obvious in the first few alphas?
Its actually quite simple. In the first Alpha of the game. The Neighbor hides his key to the basement behind a gun range and then a brick wall that needs a jackhammer to be demolished. What IS this room? Its a childrens room. Inside of the cradle is a key, the key needed for the basement.
Alpha 2 follows this theme. The room with the keycard is a childrens room. Furthering this, the basement of the final game has a cradle,
What about the last two alphas? Notably, there is nothing. But I think this makes sense. If the next two Alphas were to further these themes, then that would mean the story would've been dissected early on and would've been spoiled for the final game.
So, while the final story might've not always been there, there was undeniably the idea of children in the game.
