Hi all,
A question on the annual tax implications of salary sacrifice through pension AVCs.
Is my understanding correct?
If a Higher Rate tax payer had an an annual income of circa £70k made up of:
65k salary 5k property
If they make a 2k per month (24k per year) pension AVC contribution through employer scheme direct from their wages.
Does this mean: 1. The income for tax purposes is now £46k per year? 2. The individual would be classed as a lower rate tax payer for interest on savings (the £1k tax free savings limit would apply, not the £500). 3. Interest above the tax free limit would be charged at 20% tax not HR.
If the above is correct, other than having the AVC locked away until the age of 57 are there any other drawbacks.

This literally just means Bastard as a whole will work together as a team. Everyone can pass to everyone, no interceptions, no attempted blocks, no allegiances due to lines being drawn. They are actually just gonna work together. Only maybe Kunigami and Ness can maybe just refuse to do it but like Hiori can pass to Kaiser, Ness can pass to Isagi etc. Their new piece is just outright being a functional team. I find that so funny.
