Any tips to increase baseline resistance on my SB20? I’ve set it up with the 53T big ring and dream drive. I’m messed with changing restamce on zwift and on stages app. Anytime I’m sprinting and approaching 1000w the limiting factor is that I don’t have enough resistance and the bike shakes so much for standing and the RPM. I’m not a kerin rider , I can’t do 140 RPM when sprinting.
I guess I’m wondering if there is a way to set the big ring higher than 53T. Maybe like 60T or so. You think that would be possible with virtual shifting.

Today I was talking to my friend (a former FWB who I met on Bumble last year) and while talking I realised a painful truth. The truth which I kept on hearing throughout this sub but today it slapped me harder than my dad's belt lol
She has been on a lot of dates and that too with a lot of variety. She never swipes on anyone who's younger than her so she matches with guys older than her or guys who are of her age (the oldest guy she has been with is 30 and she's 21). I've also noticed that she also matches with good looking dudes. On one such date, a guy even booked Uber for her for a pretty long distance and both even dined in a fancy restaurant (all costs were borne by him). On another date she received chocolates and bouquets. She even became a passanger princess for a long drive date. There hasn't been a single instance where she had to pay the bill.
It's true that women get a lot of matches. But most women getting the ultimate princess treatment is something which surprised me lol. I'm not shaming her or anything as that's her choice. To be honest I stupidly thought to myself - will I ever get such a treatment like this, even when I get into a relationship? Then I realised that this would not happen with me as my friend said that the girl would literally block you or abuse you if you expected such treatment from a girl as only girls are supposed to get such princess treatment like this :')
I really kinda felt bad after hearing this statement. I am literally struggling with little to no matches. All I ever wanted was a girl taking me out on a nice date (somewhere not too expensive) and spend time and lose track of it.
(Also no I'm not jealous as I've accepted this reality and I just wanted to write my heart out)

Curious why this property is no longer paying a dividend? A new Tenant leased the property back on 10/17/24. Yes no dividends through the present time, with no explanation.
As a final question regarding this property and general question regarding property management: Every time I have signed a lease there was significant financial penalties for breaking a lease early. It appears this is not the case for Arrived rental management? Unless the tenant has rights under the Soldiers and Sailors Act, I cannot foresee why property management would not exercise rights under the terms of the lease agreement?

The best I ever got throughout my practice even the day before the exam was around 7.5. The college I am applying to required a 7.5 band across all 4 sections and from other's experience I always felt I wouldn't make the 7.5 mark. But during the test, I did not think about my performance at all. I just wrote down all the points I would make across the different paragraphs and that was it. In terms of practice outside of mock tests, I only ever practiced writing. Other than that I simply went through the reading, listening and speaking section of the guide provided by idp ielts as you register for the exam and some youtube videos on the Ielts advantage channel(love that guy). Moved here last winter and just bought a Kobalt 8lb maul at the same time to get me through, but due to some overstrikes with a wedge, the plastic on the handle is breaking and the fiberglass is exposed so I’m ready to buy another, nicer maul now. I’d like one with a wooden handle because I’ve heard that you feel less of the strike in your hands with a wood handle. I also have a problem of the head of the maul getting stuck in the wood without splitting the wood, especially on bigger pieces that take a few strikes to split, I have to physically pull it out of the log every swing, so maybe one with more aggressive cheeks?
