We try to be fairly relaxed, as we aim to build a mature community where staff don't need to parent players. Three months ago, my ex and I broke up. A month later, I found myself added to her private Snapchat story, something I was never included in during the three months we were together. Around the same time, she posted a cycling activity on Strava with photos. For context: her mother and I were her only followers there. This was all kind of strange for me and my friends were saying she did this on purpose. So, one month after the breakup, I asked her why I was in her private story, and she said she didn’t know. After that, I unfollowed her on all social media to stay away from her, because my emotions can’t handle seeing something from her. However, she still follows me (and my mom) on everything, AND her mother views my Instagram stories WITHOUT following me.
We broke up because life got to busy in her head and couldn’t cope. But she said she still loves me and hates herself for it. I still think about her a lot. What do you think her mindset is right now? I feel like I definitely shouldn’t send her a message… right?

Boas a todos.
Tenho uma questão devido a uma situação na qual me colocaram.
Eu há uns meses fui contratada para trabalhar numa loja de uma companhia conhecida a partir de uma empresa de trabalho temporário (ou consultoria sei lá).
Apesar da loja ser da companhia, o responsável pela loja era a empresa que me contratou. Esta empresa de trabalho temporário, vim a descobrir que não era o melhor ambiente para se trabalhar, e a companhia, depois de varias queixas, terminou o contrato com a empresa de trabalho temporário.
Aqui é que as coisas complicam.
A companhia disse que tinha já outra empresa que também trabalhava com eles e que ia assumir a loja e ia ficar comigo.
Mas agora a empresa de trabalho temporário colocou-me numa situação complicada. Ela disse que não iam terminar contrato comigo e que se quisesse que tinha de ser eu a demitir me. E disse que se não me demitir, que segunda feira tenho de ir para outro cliente que nem sei bem onde é que eles arranjaram um local para mim.
Eu quero ficar onde estou porque gosto do meu trabalho atualmente mas também queria saber que direitos eu tenho porque não sinto que deveria largar dos meus direitos e despedir me só porque a empresa atual não me quer pagar os acertos.
