2024.11.29 18:30 Apetitmouse Can’t keep meals down
I was diagnosed at 28 weeks, 31 weeks now. Still no meetings with specialists or anything. I’m having a lot of trouble keeping food down.
I understand this can be because of spikes, but I don’t feel like I usually would during a blood sugar spike.
My numbers are pretty well managed but it’s really discouraging and gross to see all these beautiful meals again :( I’m starting to feel pretty defeated. Any tips?

To stain the floorboards.
Ascending into bells,
Welcoming me into the sun,
Its flowing light painting,

With my shallow breath,
A question made out in the gutteral,
Pointed towards a shadow,
"How did you know?"
Being careful to stay opposite,
To the orange pooling,
Over my head and shoulders,
And grabbing my numbing ankles.
Than my ischemic legs,
And it drags me from heaven's gate,
Parting the crimson sea,

Would you rather take a 15-20 min drive to a library everyday and work for free or take a 5 min walk to a coffee shop 3x a week to work? If I go to the coffee shop, I would buy food of course.

2024.11.29 18:30 tweezabella Very slow doubling times. Feeling defeated.
Two days ago I noticed that my symptoms basically disappeared. I had stopped testing, but I decided to pull some out to check. The lines were not getting anywhere near where they should be for ~6 weeks.
My doctor ordered a beta blood test today and the results were pretty dismal:
15 DPO: 153
18 DPO: 444
29 DPO (today): 3615
This gives me a doubling time of about 87 hours. Feeling super discouraged and upset as this will be my second miscarriage in a row with no living children. I just don’t understand what we are doing wrong.
Just wanted to vent and get some support. I have no cramping or bleeding, but basically just waiting for it to start at this point.

Just for posterity, I wanted to post on update on what seems to have fixed this situation.
The two circuits in question were sharing a tandem breaker. I tried moving one of the circuits to another breaker to see if it solved the flickering, and sure enough it did.
