Myself (30m) and my partner (28f) have a beautiful little boy, coming up for his second birthday this weekend. We've had a fairly big row, both believing the other is in the wrong but the issue isn't so much that. It's that every time we have an argument we sometimes go anything from a day to a few not speaking, unless little one is in the room, we do our best to keep him out of it which obviously isn't easy or ideal. We've both tried coming to eachother prior, my issue is any time she hears something she doesn't like she just shuts down and stops the conversation, and when that's not happening her main goal seems to be making sure she's not to blame for anything. On my end I just want to rush through it because I feel like every argument is bound to go wrong, so I'm either trying to get it done quickly, not really dealing with the problem or avoid the conversation at all.
Last week we had a falling out, it's been just over a week. All week I've just not wanted to speak because I'm sick of going round and round, fully aware it isn't helping. She's not spoken to me equally. I'm at a loss. I feel like it's irreparable and our communication (when our son isn't involved) is just toast. I want to get through christmas and potentially consider my options after the break, but keeping the peace is hard. Do I shut up for the next few weeks or let her know how I feel? I'm all over the place

I deal with a lot of OCD themes, but one of my biggest fears is being arrested for a crime I didn't know I committed. This one as been really strong lately. I never feel like I'm safe, I'm always seconds away from losing everything I love and care about.
Before I met my BF, I'd flirt and sext with men online. It was fun and It made me feel good about myself. I always wanted to be sage though. I'd always ask for ages if they didn't state it on their profile. And I didn't play with anyone under 21. Well I just reading on reddit someone who got convicted for sexting someone that lied about there age. Great world we live in right?
Now I don't know that anything bad will happen to me here. Millions of people do what I did every day, and most of them are less careful then I was. So statistically I'm probably safe. But I don't like "probably" If it could happen to him it could happen to anyone. No one every thinks it's gonna happen to them until it does. Plus I've got so many other problems, is life really worth living. Realistically my life is over anyway, even if I my fears don't come to pass.
So I"m gonna spend the next 24-48 hours looking into Nitrogen regulators. A nitrogen exit bag seems better then my Shot gun plan. I may order the stuff I need then cancel it, that's what happened a few months ago when I bought a charcoal grill for Carbon monoxide suicide. I was gonna use it to cook hot dogs for my last meal too XD.

My mom said her nails are weak and always breaking. Her doctor told her to take vitamins for her nails, but it hasn't been helping. She's been trying different types of nail strengtheners but said nothing she's used has worked for her. Does anyone have some suggestions I can give her? Also, she's 70 if that matters.
I don't know what vitamins she's taking but she's been using CND Strengthener RXX for the last 4 weeks. Thanks in advance!
