Hello everyone,
Finally had my first blood patch 3 months post c-section. Assuming csf leak was caused by epidural.
Its been 7 days now, and on day 3-4 i felt amazing, no head pressure, no ear popping, no dizzyness. However, fast forward to today (7days later) i feel like the head pressure is slightly back, with neck and upper back pain, dizzyness, and slight ear pressure. Does this mean the patch failed? Or do I need a second patch? Or shall I just continue to wait it out?

2024.11.29 18:34 munki17 From an OG, day 1 Dragon age fan, Veilguard is the best game of the series. What a game!
Just finished last night and all I can say is wow. That ending! What a huge payoff to Solasâ story, and Lavellan Inquisitor. The Davrin sacrifice play was extremely emotional as a Watdrn, and having Bellara captured while romancing her added so much weight to the final chapter.
There were some gripes, mainly the lack of romance progression, as well as the lack of the ability to just talk to companions at any time you wish. However the moment to moment combat/gameplay is far and away the best that dragon age, or BioWare for that matter has ever achieved.
I fancy myself a turn based RPG fan over all other genres, however no BioWare game has ever made me crave fun combat the way this game did. I did play a warrior, tried out all the specs, and landed with the âCaptain America shield throwâ build. On nightmare difficulty I was carving through everything. I had heard some complaints of enemies being sponges later in the game but I canât fathom that if your build is optimized.
The varric reveal caught me by a huge surprise although it was great, as I felt as his character was so wasted in the lighthouse, I now know why. That reveal was very satisfying and emotional.
My one big story gripe is still and always will be the hero of fereldenâs lack of appearance. I really wanted the âcure the blightâ storyline to have something there, but I understand how hard that would be to implement.
The anti-woke weirdo brigade are a bunch of losers who canât be excised from the gaming community fast enough. Their attempt to âcancelâ this game over âwokenessâ is so dumb for anyone whoâs actually played the game. Itâs actually arguably LESS woke than basically any other BioWare game. And while I rolled my eyes a bit during some taash scenes, more because of the immaturity than the non binary thing, I came to really love the character by the end, which I didnât expect.
While I still think that Origins is the most impactful game of its time, and one of the best ever, Iâd say this game is much more objectively fun to play, as origins really doesnât hold up to modern standards. (I played all the DA games just recently in prep for Veilguard.)
End rant, and happy to hear everyoneâs theories/thoughts on the end and the game!

If you join a match of Search and Destroy after the game has already started, I'm pretty sure you will never spawn until you've watched a full round. 3 games in a row now I've joined halfway during a round, watched 2 minutes of gameplay, selected my class, and it still doesn't spawn me in until the entire next round. You will also spawn in with 1 death. Fix it.
