Hello! I'm looking for recommendations for some sort of desk top MP3 player for my pre-teen. They have handheld MP3 players, but keep losing and breaking them. I'd like something that I can put a flashdrive in or bluetooth. It needs to be screen less and not connect to the internet and not require a service or subscription. We have Alexa, but without subscriptions multiple kids can't play music at the same time and we can't set up all the various rooms differently. Basically I just want a CD player, but since CDs are difficult to find, expensive and require purchasing the entire album I'd prefer MP3.

Look, I'm a skeptic. If people who knew me (except family) had to guess, they'd probably accurately guess I am an atheist... becuae I'm not not one, ya know?
But I have experiences. One recently happened when I was watching a YouTube video about someone saying they were excited to try a certain focus level because it's like the "lobby" for recently deceased humans.
I instinctively said "bull..." Something-or-another. Even though gateway (Focus 10, 12) works really well for me so far. Well, then I felt what's best described as the "spiritual knocking" and a name came through. An actual name, and the (former) "owner" of the that name saying it to me.
I looked it up, and the last name was off by one letter, but it was a guy in the US, several states away from me, I've never met him or anyone connected to him, and he died October 13 of this year at 90 years old.
Now, I'm not asking for validation or anyone to even believe this. Remember this happened as I was calling BS on it myself. My question is, has the other side, plane, dimension ever reached out to you rather than you having to reach out to it?
This isn't my first experience (but first dead person name) and one of the reasons I use Gateway, to try to make sense of these things and journey to their source (whether it's inside or out).

2024.11.29 19:29 yermumsmells Im turning 16 in a couple weeks and im terrified
Im turning 16 on December 14th and Im dreading it. Like, to the point that it keeps me awake at night.
I basically have no social life, havent had a friend in 4 or 5 years bc im so vastly different to my peers. Ive been struggiling with depression that has gotten more severe the last couple of months because I have S.A.D (seasonal affectiveness disorder) I havent made any accomplishments, I dont have hobbies, Im failing school and I dont leave my house. I feel like im wasting my life away, and im trying my best to deal with everything but I dont have the strength to even remotely enjoy things anymore.
I feel like im running out of time and my life's slowly falling apart. Im going to inevtiably fail school and dissapoint everyone. I feel like I just need a good kick up the ass, but no one cares enough to even check in on me.
No to mention that I dont feel like ive grown up/ matured at all. My interests are childish (E.g videogames, Studio Ghibli etc.) I just feel like im going through the motions. Not living.
