I'm at my wits end. My partner and I moved into this place in July, and it has been nothing but trouble.
Mold, sagging ceilings, the inability to control the temperature of our apartment, neighbors from hell, never getting a 24 hour notice, no repairs being completed in a reasonable, timely manner... And the most reoccuring issue: The water temperature.
We have not been able to regulate our water temperature like normal. It reaches over 160 degrees with absolutely no way to regulate it. If you turn it down, it remains scalding hot up until you're right on where it should become cool water. Then, it becomes freezing. There is no way to make it less hot, it's like the mixing is completely fucked. My partner and I scald ourselves literally daily just trying to wash our hands after we use the bathroom, let alone doing dishes or showering. This isn't even speaking of the water quality, how I find black sediment in my water or how I've begun developing eczema on my hands and my eyes since living here.
This has been an issue since day one with absolutely no resolution. We've had the health department come over, only to tell us that actually it's fine he measured the temperature at 166 because we can just keep the faucet not turned all of the way and it'll be fine. Ignoring the fact that we have repeatedly told him and he saw that doesn't work. Since the health department said it was all fine (including the sagging ceilings and stench of mold that permeates the apartment) management really won't do anything.
"Put your rent into escrow!" I did that when my last apartment was overrun by roaches. It mainly resulted in my landlord harassing me, me having no rental history making finding a new place next to impossible, and me becoming homeless when I had to dissolve the lease my old LL illegally extended. I understand that in a perfect world tenants are supposed to have rights, but this is not a perfect world and exerting my rights left me destitute. Is there anything I can do on my side to make this less hellish? I've been bathing out of a bucket using distilled water I heat in a kettle, but being disabled and having chronic pain, it's not the best solution. I just don't know what else to do.

There’s this guy on my work that we become close suddenly. We figured that we have a lot in common and our conversations are always fun, lighthearted and full of jokes. I feel we could have been friends at school if I had met him there. Another day we went to a club with our coworkers and we shared a dance (twice). After that I sent him an invite to follow him on instagram. Everything went well, we were engaging with my posts and everything, until I noticed he disappeared from my stories. I see he still follows me, but don’t engage anymore. We still talk to each other on working related things (we work remotely, so we don’t see each other frequently). Last Friday i sent him a message about work on the thing we use to communicate internally and he ignored me. I don’t understand what is wrong. Did i do something?

So I've played a lot of the other Far Cry games in co-op with my wife, with varying degrees of success:
FC3 had a great co-op that was similar gameplay to L4D or Vermintide.
FC4 if I remember you couldn't co-op all of it, certain sections were single player, breaking the co-op immersion.
FC5 had some ridiculous system where you could only unlock weapons when you're hosting, and we gave up on it as alternating hosting and repeating the same missions was becoming a slog.
Question is - does FC6 have a 'perfect' co-op experience similar to say the Borderlands series, where you're not restricted by not being the host, and it's 100% co-operative, or does it suffer from any of the failings of 4 or 5?

Thought i'd share a list of some of the most memorable regens i've trained and or bought from my journeyman save in fm23 and cardiff save fm24.
- George Owen - was towards the end of my save with Cardiff, needed top class CB so paid 350m for him.
- Robert Sokolik - Just your classic brazilian regen but he was 18 with these stats for 19m.
- Thiago Fernandez - 5m bargain, had to loan him out a few tims but he developed so good.
- Tom Shorrock - Was meant to be a backup winger to Gil, but developed just as quickly.
- Haroldo Vahos - Another player where I just needed the best DM/CM and Vahos was the guy for me, 75m.
- Matthieu Gil - One of my favourites, 15m and developed nicely.
- Warren Jones - Another guy to be backup but developed into a first team player.
- Ricki Pilbro - I love this guy, 13.5m, english, tick tick tick.
- Valmir - During my journeyman I came across maybe the best GK regen i've seen in a while.
- Molder - Same as before, had to buy him at chelsea.
- Diamantino Deus - Legendary striker that developed so good, saved my booty in forest.
- Huseyin Randa - Bought towards the end of the save, was just a really good wingestriker to pair with deus.
- Found an fm22 easteregg: Chris Hill - I called him my Grealish in my wigan save, not world class but very good.
