Sun Drenched Linen notes: clean linen, crisp apple, soft musk
On cold sniff, Sun Drenched Linen smells exactly like laundry detergent or washing powder - it's the soapy, fresh scent we all know and love. Im sorry I'm not giving more detail about the scent, but it straight up smells like laundry soap - there's really no other way to describe it!
I can see even the pickiest people enjoying this one as it's very inoffensive. Because of this, I think that Sun Drenched Linen has the most "gifting potential" out of all the candles I've reviewed so far.
During it's burn, I began to smell it from across my average sized bedroom within 5 minutes and it had filled the room in 15. Awesome performance for a single-wick! This candle is nice and strong without being overwhelming, furthering my belief that this would make a good gift.
Would I repurchase this one? Absolutely! The performance is great and the scent is great - there is really nothing to dislike here.

Been getting bored using Berkely sandworms, so I’ve been soaking small curly tail grubs and swimbaits in the sandworm juices. I’ve been fishing a slow and steady retrieve with the occasional pause and pop. I keep getting bites but I can’t seem to get them hooked. I’m using a #4 baitholder hook on a C-rig. Are there any tricks to getting them hooked once they start nibbling?

For the last 20 years I've gone to my cousins on Thanksgiving for dessert, and for the last 10 years have gone there for Christmas. Last year was probably the final holiday.
For years, they had open house with 35-40 people coming over. But there have been subtle signs their family have been pulling away. Slowly they have "not" invited other family members because of one perceived fault or shortcoming. A few weeks back I was told that my brother was not invited. I read between the lines as an extension that I was also not to be included.
The daughter in the immediate family just had a baby last week. My guess this is the event that triggered the clean break because they don't want anyone outside the immediate family to be around the family because of the risk for the baby to catch something.
It's kind of sad because this is the end of the line for spending time with family during the holidays. Oh well, guess I'll bow out and move on.
