My wife and I have been to the Adirondacks a few times and we love it. Since it’s always been just the two of us, we usually stay in a hotel or airbnb in or around Lake Placid.
Around Summer 2025, we thought it’d be cool to do a large group trip (10+ people, mostly family). Has anyone done this that could offer some planning advice? Particularly lodging and places to stay. Thank you in advance!

Hello reddit! I'm an American and I've been thinking about studying abroad my senior year. I'm a film major hoping to study animation, script writing and film making. I originally wanted to go to Japan to learn anime style animation, but after looking over my school's program, there was no school that offers that, at least not for foreigners. My film professor suggested New Zealand and after some searching we found a university with specific classes I could take. I've heard that the film industry is very good in New Zealand and I could learn a lot there, but recently I've had second thoughts. Going to Japan could also emerse me in new culture and language. Should I go to New Zealand and take really good classes for my degree, or should I go to Japan and expand my language and cultural skills?

Hello all, as of right now I am nearly 99 percent committed to a college for pre pharmacy. I am totally inlove with this college and have already found my roommate and made some friends. And the pharmacy program at this school is pretty good. I ultimately do want to make a change in healthcare but like everyone else, money is a concern and something to consider.
To my understanding pharmacist make about 120k right out of college, and then cap off around 150k ish? Please correct if i am wrong. Either way, I want to be able to make more than that and im honestly not sure if 150k would be enough for the lifestyle im looking for? I love chemistry and am pretty good at school. And from what I heard the worklife balance for pharmacist is not looking hot. Along with this Im nervous about there being enough jobs out there for pharmacist. Would it be better to switch to a PA track or dentistry? I can get my Pharm D degree in 6 years with under 15k of student debt with where I am at now. Please give advice or how your experience in the Pharm D world is.

Really like the look of their Ivy loafers but have heard some poor opinions of their leather quality, even after they switched leathers a couple years ago. Anyone own any and can speak to their quality? A question about adding / subtracting fuzzy numbers (university math). How to subtract A-B? A: core 2, lower bound 1, upper bound 3. B- core 4, lower bound 1, upper bound 6.
My teacher was (probably) using a-cut method and got core 2, lower bound ( -1) and upper bound 9
I wrote a script in python using skfuzzy and got values: core:( -2), lower bound 0, upper bound ( -3). Chat gpt also gave me these values.
Here comes my question: what makes the difference in these results? Who is wrong?

Hi! i’m going to start using tretinoin 0.025% cream in the next few days. my main concerns are acne, scarring, and reducing my fine lines that just started a couple years ago.
I have used epiduo and differin before so i know about purging. i usually use cerave moisturizer but recently started also using barrier creams (including la roche posay b5, dr althea 345, and etude house soonjung) for contact dermatitis.
should i try any other specific moisturizer when i start the tret? or does my product list look good? i want to avoid as much purging as possible. thanks!
