I would like to do my Advanced Open Water diver on Monday. I did my OWD with Padi. So far I only have this plastic card and write a classic logbook, which annoys me because I have already forgotten to take it with me on vacation twice. I wanted to transfer it to the Padi app before but couldn't get the OWD certified because I no longer have any contact with my first diving school. My girlfriend has SSI and I think their app is really great. There you can also have the dives certified by the diving school, which is probably not possible with padi. What are your experiences? How can the certifications at Padi be digitalized afterwards? Or does it make sense to switch to SSI?

Um mecanismo que usei durante anos foi comer doces. Agora, tenho tentado escrever quando me sinto ansiosa, ler um livro de mensagens curtas positivas ou fazer uma oração. Também faço terapia. Mesmo assim, as vezes a ansiedade bate de um jeito que eu não consigo fazer nada e fico paralisada kkkrying.

hey so i’ve been looking into cognitive functions for awhile now, but can’t seem to figure out my function stack - perhaps because i’m biased towards certain functions). i’ve also taken many tests and, depending on the day, i get different results (ENTP, ISTP, INTP, etc.) which doesn’t make any sense
so yea, would really appreciate if you guys could help type me based on my traits:
- i am very direct and upfront about my intentions & words
- i am good at picking up on social cues and reading other people’s intentions
- but because i can read people easily, i am also good at manipulating them to get what i want
- i cannot hide how i feel (it’ll be really obvious if i’m unhappy because it’s a sudden change in demeanour and mood)
- i easily empathise with others; even if i’ve never been in their situation, i can put myself in their shoes and see things from their point of view
- before i make a decision, i’ll think of the consequences of it and how it’ll affect the people around me
- i’m usually extremely easy going and chill. i like to go with the flow
- when it comes to close relationships, i find it hard to assert my own needs or to be vulnerable with how i honestly feel
- i often don’t emotionally react to a situation until after i’ve processed and thought it through in my head
- when im stressed, i become very irritable and hot-headed
- i often play nice with everyone - even if i’m not particularly fond of them - for the sake of maintaining social harmony
- i often have fleeting interests. i’ll be extremely passionate about something for a short period of time, and will obsess & want to learn everything about it. once i lose interest though, i move on to the next, and repeat the entire process again.
- sometimes i’ll think of random questions (e.g “do cats blink”) and will want to find out right away
- i hate films or books with open endings; because it leaves room for interpretation and i don’t like that i don’t have a definite answer
- i also always want to know ‘why’ and won’t stop questioning until my curiosity has been satiated
- i am paranoid about alot of things and tend to have trust issues with people; though this stemmed from me being very naive and taken advantage of in the past as a result
- people describe me as confident, friendly, chill, understanding and honest
- i don’t have a problem initiating a conversation or meeting new people. it’s just that i often lack the energy to interact, hence why i keep to myself most of the time.
- when i do find the energy, however, i’ll be very energetic and sociable.
- i also think i am morally grey. i don’t have a strong set of internal beliefs.
- i’m articulate and eloquent and like to express myself through writing.
- however, i am not creative and have trouble coming up with new ideas.
- i like brainstorming, but only to a certain extent. if the discussion strays too far off topic, i get a little agitated and will try to divert the conversation back to the original intention.
- i am sensitive to other people’s opinions of me.
- i hate being constrained to rules and regulations. if i feel too restricted, i will rebel against it.
- i dislike fixed routines or schedules.
- however, i do find comfort in things that are familiar to me.
- i procrastinate alot and tend to do things last minute. though a part of me enjoys it because i can only get things done and be productive once the sense of urgency kicks in. i like the adrenaline.
- i don’t like to plan and would very much rather see how things play out naturally.
- i like to engage in sensory stimuli when stressed (drinking, vaping, etc.)
- i won’t do something if i don’t see a point/am not interested in doing it.

Found a great house in our perfect area (currently rent in this area and feel very at home). This house is about 5 street away from where we currently live.
Offers accepted and mortgage is done. So I go speak to the neighbours today to see if they’ve had any issues with the party walls. Any damp or the sort. The one side is an HMO, the landlord rent out the rooms to individuals. Three bedrooms upstairs with an occupant in each, and someone in the lounge with a bed that they’ve made a bedroom (saw this through the window).
Previously we stayed in a downstairs unit where the upstairs was set up like this and they were terribly noisy, thankfully this is next door and not upstairs, but how much would this put you off? Really don’t feel like living next door to a rowdy group (which they may not even be). It’s currently a very family focussed area.
