Just a quick survey. I just got an iniu 65w bi-bi62 20kmah, following some advises hère ans there. It's not delivering enough power to Access turbo mode (since it's not triggered) even plugged on USB c 65w. Have some of you met this problem too ? I'm wondering why and how i could check my mistake.

I think people are using the excuse of discussing artwork to once again/continue taking personal digs at Rachel Smyth. It's disappointing because it starting to feel like mild bullying which is weird because originally we all came here because people on the og reddit were being jerks and bullies towards us for sharing our opinions. I feel like it went from sharing our frustrations and hopes to continous mocking and weird digs at Rachel. Like judging characters or storylines based off of concept art feels odd to me. Personally I view concept art as a rough draft so I don't really hold a big opinion on it.
Please know I'm all here for true and I mean true constructive criticism but lately what people are calling constructive feedback comes off as passive back handed comments. The vibes are just off nowadays and it's a little disappointing. I liked coming here as a safe place to share my opinions and my hopes for the story. I also greatly enjoyed seeing others ideas. I missed what the community was.

So I left today after the first part of my route not completing the other half. I had a major death in my family the women who basically raised me in the position of my mom. I called my PM and he insisted the route get finished (ofc he did) I couldn’t even focus through my tears let alone finish the route. I told him I’d be back tomorrow but I’m contemplating not returning. I’m an RCA about 9 months in I have everything figured out and learned but I hate this job the expectation from the uppers kill me im only 25 and don’t wanna be stuck in a job like this if it’s only gonna get worse. I can deal with the work load but the constant nagging kills me. I’m at my wits end and maybe some advice from you guys whether to stick through it and tough it out or quit will help. I genuinely feel like there’s easier jobs that’ll pay just the same. Ps and today everyone else got help in my office of 4 routes delivering packages but me cause I had 20 less on the manifest but it was still 3x my usual amount this is a constant issue ( sorry for the poor grammar and punctuation too upset to even care at this point)
