Now that it's arrived, I'm unsure if I should even open it? It's never been opened and its a line from 2009 that as far as I can tell is pretty rare, this was basically the only listing from this line I've been able to find. Is this rare enough that I shouldn't open it? Could it possibly a bootleg? I assumed if bootlegs existed I would have been able to find one but I'm bad at judging these things. I stupidly thought I was "that guy" and poked around inside the Ashen mesa wrecked land ship, and now I have lost my Auto shotgun and my grenade launcher.
Repeatedly runs to get them back ended up with me dropping my corpse farther and farther inside the land ship, until I ended up dying before I could get back to by previous grave marker.

2024.11.29 19:30 Suchgallbladder The “Starjacker” mission is a huge wasted opportunity for NG+.
Since the Tracker’s Alliance quest line is a Bethesda creation, it’s strange to me that one of the best opportunities to showing NG+ “matters” was missed here.
As a side note, the Constellation mission where you can save your companion rather than accepting their death is THE best use of NG+ in the entire game, you use your prior knowledge to save your friend. It feels logical in a game full of illogical choices.
Likewise, “Starjacker” the 2nd time you do it, should give you the option to capture your target successfully, rather than hopelessly falling for his trick every single time.
Heck, maybe if you did, capturing him opens up a new quest line where you track down his helpers after he talks. Imagine that, an entire new quest unlocked due to NG+. Stuff changing due to NG+ choices gives it a reason to exist.
That’s kind of what I thought NG+ was going to be, giving you options to majorly change outcomes, instead of the single time that you do (other than a few dialogues that get shortened if you give the NG+ answer). Imagine if you could save Lin’s miners? Or stop the Terrormorph attack at the spaceport before it began? Etc.
So many missed opportunities with NG+.

This is long apologies in advance. TLDR at bottom, on mobile sorry if formatting is weird
I recently had to make a power of attorney for an upcoming surgery (if something goes wrong, who can drs reach in an emergency to make decisions on your behalf)
I also will not be able to lift more than 10 pounds after surgery. It made me have to put a lot of REALLY intense evaluation into my friendships.
Who is physically showing up for you when needed? Who will move things around with reasonable notice that you can count on to be there- not just text you support? Even if your communication styles are not the same, I realized that the people showing up for me when I need it are not the people I may have mentally put in the forefront of my mind when I think of best friends. Sometimes the people willing to put physical work in for you are also not the ones who may necessarily hold emotional depth.
When I recognized that the people I have mentally equated as "best" I started thinking of how they've shown up for me lately or if I could truly count on them to follow up on help that's offered. Sometimes it's okay to reorganize the mental spaces you hold for people based on what they're good at and meet them where you are, rather than expecting them to rise to the occasion. The people who show up for me physically are not necessarily great communicators, but the ones I have frequent texting contact with aren't necessarily people who put effort into physically seeing me.
TLDR: I think a lot of friendships can be saved by adjusting our expectations and communicating our needs in that specific friendship, or being willing to adjust. It doesn't mean that you don't care for each other, it just means that some have strengths and weaknesses other people will be able to fill the gaps with. Peoples availability and engagement in your relationship will change over time as life happens. It doesn't always mean they're not there for you, sometimes the way they can be shifts and you adapt to a new normal.

Ciao ragazzi, è da un po' che seguo IPF ma questo è il mio primo post. Volevo un parere da chi ne sa più di me in investimenti,sul frazionamento di immobili. Intendo quindi quando si compra un immobile molto grande con un prezzo di metratura vantaggioso per poi dividerlo e realizzare un profitto dai sub-appartamenti realizzati. Che ne pensate? Non ho trovato nulla a riguardo nelle community italiane di reddit.
P.S. Sono consapevole che bisogna considerare le tasse sulle plusvalenze e i costi di ristrutturazione. Sto pensando di farlo in accordo con due amici fidati in modo da non dover uscire il capitale tutto da solo.
